Fries tasted funky, they only had vanilla soft serve, their version of selling chocolate soft serve is adding chocolate sauce. Ingredients are somehow cheaper than the typical Dairy Queen and not as good. That’s what you get for independently owned….

It took 40 minutes to get (2) #4 combos . Took forever to get order then it was wrong. Told them, waited went back up to see if the correct burgers were ready . And they didn't know where they were.

This place hardly ever gets a good order out. They always serve old chicken strips and barely put any meat in the tacos. Tried getting a refund for a messed up order before. Manager said he'd get back with me and never did. If I could give it negative stars I would. Honestly just let someone take a dump between 2 slices of bread and eat that. It'll be better. This dairy queen sucks.

DQ & road trips are synonymous but NOT on thos case. VERY dirty restroom, dining room floor, short staffed. Waited over 20 minutes for an offer of tacos & there were only 3 orders ahead of mine. I'll remember to NEVER RETURN

Out of half the menu items. Servers/cooks talking bills and talking trash about menu items all while waiting over 30 minutes to get food. Do not stop and this place!

We were sitting in the drive through forever. When you get to the speaker, they take forever to answer and when they can finally do it they rush you. Rude working lady. Some cars in the line decided to just leave because of how long they were taking. Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. They have not trained their workers enough.

This place was super busy but the Dairy Queen team did it , food was hot fresh and delish. The person front counter was amazing his name is Jason. Kudos to you for your hard work and patience even when drink station was down temporarily. Jason was calm cool and sincere during our interaction went the extra mile to make sure our experience was pleasant. The rest of the team were also very responsive to our needs. We're from Houston and will definitely hit you up on the way through there and back. Thank you.
It’s a disaster to go to a place to eat and you go to the bathroom and see it’s very unpleasant the dirt that there is not even water to wash your hands and the employees and manager stealing the company’s salary sitting making jokes

They would not make a German chocolate blizzard for us even though they have the ingredients and we always get this same blizzard at other Dairy Queen’s for years.

So stopped here on Saturday night 9/28/2024 at 9:35pm. Was told I could not get ice cream from the ice cream shop. When I ask are the machines are broken or torn apart, I was told to wait a minute. Then was told I could not get ice cream because they are not selling it. I asked again if the machines were broken and the response was do I want to order anything else in a derogatory tone. So I just left. Store closes at 10pm so my guess is the staff already tore down the machines to clean so they could leave by 10-10:30pm.

Stopped for a quick lunch on our way to Houston! Opted for my protein bar while my brother went for a chicken grilled sandwich combo. He thought it was just as good as Jack in the Box!

Buc-ee’s was crazy busy. This is at the next exit east bound. It was calm and relaxed. Food was prepared hot fresh. The owners were there and they were very nice. I'm not a big fan fast food but this was as good as it gets.
