The owner of this Dairy Queen makes sure the kitchen , dinning room area and restrooms, stays clean food is excellent, friendly service, great team effort if you watch the employees.
One young man was so nice and helpful, but overall experience was so bad. They don't do curbside correctly...no signs on where to park, so we parked right up front and entered our car info. Sat there for 15 mins, which was the time given in the app, then went inside to check. Our order was ready but they didn't make our blizzards because we ordered a pumpkin pie and they said they don't have it. So it shouldn't have been a choice in the app and they should have come out and told us that!! So I picked a different blizzard, they handed me my blizzards and 2 boxes of food, but I had to ask for my drinks or we wouldn't have gotten those. Get out to the car and double check that we got sauce only to find my gravy laying on the side with the lid off, so the bottom of the box is soggy and gravy is everywhere. So back inside I go. The young man at the register was so nice and helpful. He handed it back to a young girl to be fixed. She re-packaged it then just set it up in the window. So it sat there while a family of 6 ordered. So what should have been a quick 10 minute stop turned into a more than 30 minute detour.

This location is kind of inconvenient to exit. You must go northbound onto service road of I-35 and it's a bit of a trek to turn around and head southbound on I-35. Trying to loop around out of the drive thru line to head eastbound is about impossible without a long wait. Trying to head westbound is a pain because drivers are rude and don't let you out in a timely manner because that exit is right at the 4 way intersection.Wheelchair accessibility: A couple of handicap spots and entrance/exit ramp is fine until you get up to the double entry/exit doors and have to physically open the doors if you're alone.

My friends and I got to the store 10 minutes before closing time, and we got the door locked in our faces after a worker ran to the door to shut it. As we were walking away, the worker was staring and laughing at us.

I don't know about the food quality since we waited over an hour for food, still hadn't gotten it, and finally got our money refunded. Terrible service.
Excellent service!! Came in and it was SUPER busy. Cashier was so helpful and nice and explained his every move so no one was upset with how long the wait was.
