Darlin's Diner is a great place to stop and get something to eat. Got there just before 10 on a Saturday and it was hopping. Not too long of a wait and watched the owner handle business really well! I got there a little earlier than my friend and I watched Taylor handle everything so professionally and made every guest feel so welcome! You could tell she loves what she does. Then you sit down to get some food, I got the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and has browns. SOO GOOD! My friend got the French toast, that was quite possibly the best French toast I've had! I hope to come back and visit again! If you're near the area definitely stop by!

Such a cute place with delicious food! We decided to stop for lunch along our drive and we had a wonderful lunch. Our table enjoyed the breakfast taco, mushroom burger, chicken fried steak, bacon Mac and cheese, and the mimosa flight - all so good! The service was great and an overall fun atmosphere.

The breakfast is delicious. Have not tried lunch yet but looking forward to it. We got a Darlin's omelette and a Chris's omelette to go. Nice big omelettes with a hardy serving of hashbrowns and toast. Very satisfied. 👍

Driving by from New Braunfels to Houston. Stopped by for what we hoped was a quick breakfast, unfortunately food took too long to come out and when it did things were missing. Eggs were dry.

Very cute and cozy place. The food was delicious and the service super friendly, we were even greeted out front by the owner. I loved the little flip easel on the table that told the history of the owner and the building & a list of interesting ways to get a discount LOL. We were on a road trip from Houston to San Antonio and I am so glad we stopped here for lunch! We will definitely make it a point to stop by again if we're out this way.

Really nice place with a great breakfast! My only concern is plates are too small for quantity of food served and all the servers with long hair should tie their hair back while serving. On the other hand, very friendly atmosphere!
