Amanda was an amazing person very interpersonal made sure my sandwich was perfect the store is huge well lit and very clean and good background music

I really want to leave a positive review, but I have been coming here for lunch because only subway in town lol. I order online and they never get my sandwich right. My sandwich is never toasted like I ask, they count every piece of veggie they add (example: three pieces of onion for a foot long) lol. The only nice thing is the greeting with a smile from that one employee with blonde hair. I'm a subway lover but this place needs to step it up with their food.

I often visit different Subway restaurants every week and have received the best service since I opened the door of the store. Shawna & Amanda were waiting for me with joy and a smile. Just as it was about to close at 9:37 pm. I was coming from Austin and stopped there. It was the best option. I recommend you go and stop there.🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

Pathetic. Two employees yesterday who had nothing to do but laugh at us for not being able to speak English. Also the employee clearly understood Spanish perfectly but did not want to make it easy to understand. They kept making fun of us. Very, very bad service. No doubt I will not return and we do not recommend it at all. One star in service because there is no such thing as 0.

I asked the employee if they could make cookies because they were out. They seemed confused and said no they didn’t want to. I had planned on purchasing at least 12 possible more. Do better Subway.

Stopped at this subway today at 12:39 to grab a sandwich. Looks pretty new. It was nice and clean. My husband and I enter prepared to order. I asked for the turkey sub and the young tall gentleman there said there isn’t any right now. Then this short girl comes out with the turkey and puts it on the slicer. So now we are waiting and then she looks over at the gentleman and rudely says, what I’m not ready I still have to weigh it. In other words order something else. She did not care that there were customers nor did she care that she was being unnecessarily rude to the guy who just wanted to prepare our sandwiches. What a terrible experience. It’s literally lunch time there was no one in the place when we arrived and you don’t have turkey sliced because no one had the foresight to prepare it before lunch? A staple that also has turkey meat offered on several of their sandwiches on the menu? Make it make sense. We left without purchasing anything. I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise.

We stopped in for lunch on the way home to the Houston area ahead of Hurricane Beryl making landfall. What we thought would be a quick stop turned out to be anything but. The food was delicious but the service was slow. One of the 2 employees was new so that did not help but both were in no hurry to get the long line of customers served as quickly as possible. On-line orders only made things worse. The only saving grace was that both employees were very sweet and friendly.

I'm impressed by the dedication and efficiency of the lone employee, Cyriah, working today at this Subway location. Despite being very busy, she managed all the orders with a positive attitude and skill. It's clear she could use more support, but their ability to handle everything so well is extremely impressive. Keep up the excellent work!
Got food poisoning from here- I believe it was spinach that had gone bad or gotten contaminated.
The refrigerated dressing board was not set up properly to keep items cold. It looks like the employee had started putting things away at least 1.5 hrs before closing time.
