The vibe is the best part if this place! There are regulars, it is small, it is busy! It reminded me a little bit of going back in time. Nostalgic. I went for the lemon blueberry pancakes. Tasted more vanilla-but were light and fluffy. Not quite what I expected, but still good. Service was great. Worth a trip for sure. Get there early or be prepared to wait. Not a lot of room to wait indoors-tip #1.
I’ve been here twice but it is AMAZING!!!! The service, the food, the atmosphere all of it deserves a 10/10 stars. But it is really busy so I suggest to call in your order almost an hour before going to pick it up. I understand why it is so busy it’s because it’s tasty. The hostesses had been nothing but sweet and patient. I wish I could afford to eat here every week. 🥲
I have lived in East Texas for a long time and today was my first time here and man I can’t say enough how good the lemon blueberry pancakes are. All I used on them is butter I don’t even need syrup. I ordered 1 lemon blueberry pancake and an order of sausage. I will definitely be back to try some other yummy options.
