I live in the neighborhood right behind Milanos and have lived here for 10 years and seen several owners. This owner by far is the most arrogant, loud mouthed and delusional individual I’ve encountered. There had been an ongoing issue with him and his employees WRITING ✍🏽 credit card numbers down instead of processing them in real time. Oh my gosh, do NOT make the same mistake we did. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! We ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas. Got home and the pizzas were tiny. We called up there to ask how large the diameter is for their large. They said 16 inches. I told them our larges were maybe 13 inches at MOST. At first they told us to bring the pizzas back to them (we have 6 kiddos we were trying to feed!!!) and we told them that wasn’t going to work - we just wanted this to be made right....read full review
