I ordered a Pizza and wings for delivery at 5:30pm last night. I paid, but the pizza never came. I called the next day to get a refund but the lady said she was new and couldn’t help me. Apparently, they closed at 5pm last night. She told me she called her manager and was told I would have to go online to get a refund since I ordered online. Unfortunately, there is no way to get a refund on line. Tried calling to owner, no answer. Out $33 dollars. I will NOT be back.

Ordered a pizza and fried mozzarella cheese for delivery. I used to always order delivery from this place and I tipped very good. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to cancel the order. The lady on the phone said it wasn't marked for delivery, it was marked for pickup. Their incompetence is impressive!!!

I've been disappointed more often than not. Tonight I ordered for delivery a pizza and a salad. The delivery time it was 5:22 at 5:40 I called the store and got put on hold for 6 minutes. Hung up and called back, asked about my delivery that should have been here 25 minutes ago. She asked me my name and went and looked and said there's several orders here we don't have a driver she's out on a couple of deliveries. It's Saturday night and you only have one driver. Maybe hire more people, finally got it an hour late. No I'm sorry no coupon for next time no discount for this time. I mean poor customer service. I got excuses and a cold pizza. It's convenient cuz it's close but there's much better places. I certainly won't order delivery again. You need to do better Milano's!

The last few times I have ordered Milanos, they always wait till the time they say they will be delivering to call back and say they are out of the toppings asked for or they mess it up totally. Tonight ordered 2 pizzas a Hawaiian and Taco. They call back 1/2 hour later and say they don't have the toppings but I could get something else. I should hope so since they already charged my card. So I just went with basic pepperoni extra cheese. 51 dollars and some change later I get 2 pizzas and cheesy bread later I get the Hawaiian and a pepperoni and a mystery meat and barely and cheese. This has happened several times. The delivery person wasn't friendly at all. Tried calling back several times but all I could get was a busy signal or it would just ring. Do better milanos
