Went yesterday 12-17-2024, and it was terrible. We got a grilled cheese (cardboard with Sheetrock cheese) and a burger that was either soaked in water or dropped in the toilet. I will never go back, and we were regular customers. Maybe owners changed or something happened.

I do not recommend this place. I was there this evening and had a terrible experience with a young man there I believe his name is Istvan(name on receipt). I asked to change something on the order at the window and the young man took issue with it. Started having an attitude and walked away to make the adjustments. He came back a few moments later with the drinks. He basically dropped the route 44 ocean water in my hand. It did not end well. The drink landed on top of the window sill and broke. It ran all down the inside of the door, got on the seat, and filled the floorboard. And Istvan did not even seem to care. Pulled into a stall and went to ask for napkins. The night manager brought 2 napkins( yes only 2) for a route 44 spill. I got a refund and left. We live very close and this sonic is convenient, but we will not be back.

They are always friendly and smile. The customer service is great. We go here a lot. It really is the best sonic.
Parking: Only thing is the driveway when the highway was redone it’s a good bump going in and out from the road, go slow.
Terrible service! Selected that our online order was completed when it wasn’t. Took forever to come out, then when it did it was completely the wrong order. The car hop was very rude. We sat there forever and when we finally did get our order, our sauces were not in the bag. When I asked for them, he was very unprofessional and practically threw them at me.
