This waist of a space called Taco Bell is by far the worst decision Flint, TX could have EVER MADE when they decided to “expand across the horizon” not only did I not get a damn thing I ordered, I got creamy jalapeños sauce instead of avocado ranch (which caused my tongue to swell and now has little bumps all over it because I’m allergic to jalapeños) then I ordered a crunch wrap supreme which ALREADY COMES WITH SOUR CREAM AND CASO, but I ordered extra. Well I didn’t get neither. My tortilla breading was stale and hard. I didn’t get my order of cinnamon twisty sticks. My drink had no carbonation to it and they had the audacity to give me something that looked like it should have been a taco, but it was covered in dry hard cheese and NOTHING ON THE INSIDE. I think everyone in that building needs to further there employment in a completely different career because they have absolutely miseraby failed at life.

The worst taco bell in east texas. If you like never talking to anyone and a full self serve with a very limited very expensive menu aside from the value menu everything is ten dollars or more and staff doesnt even acknowledge you exsist. Waited for every to only leave because no one was manning the register. No they werent busy

Not once but 5 times I've order from there they always get my order wrong and the worst part at times they were not even busy. Didn't offer my receipt. Differently wouldn't recommend this establishment to eat at.

i ordered two crunch wraps earlier and both had no meat! and before we even got our order they handed us someone else’s order and when me and my fried gave the bag back they just laughed at it and told us to pull around to the front. it took them about 10-15 minutes to get us our order and we couldn’t even enjoy it. y’all need to step the game up or get better employees!!

FRANK is AMAZING! Wonderful customer service. Couldn't believe we were at a fast food establishment. I hope he will get promoted and soon. We have never met someone so happy to help, especially working late night hours at Taco Bell.

Just left there at 8:45 a.m. I work nights so I want dinner. They told me they only do breakfast at this time. I've never heard of a taco bell only doing breakfast. So I won't waste my gas and go out of my way again. Headed to a different location that offers the menu from open as usual!!!!

$72 worth of doordash from this franchise ordered mild sauce got zero. Four orders of cheesy fries got no cheese only got six of eight soft tacos. Not doordash's fault totally Taco Bell's fall.

Deleted my last review because I'm getting more upset every minute. Why can y'all not follow simple directions on people's orders? This has been one of several times I've been here with the new management and there's always something wrong or missing on my order. I don't bother coming back to the store since other reviews say it's pointless, especially with the "I don't want to be here" attitude. Corporate should be contacted for y'all to fix this mess. We all just want a good fast food place near us, but we can't have that can we?
