Hours says opens at 10am. That means at 10am the staff should be ready to start taking orders and accepting business. I went to the drive-thru at 10:05am and was told to wait which I had no problem doing as an understandable person but what I thought would be a brief wait started to feel like forever. I eventually got tired of waiting and just left this Dairy Queen. This DQ location really needs to get its act together.

I ordered my food ahead was told it would be 10-15 minutes, I got there within 10 minutes and waited in line for 20 minutes just to get to the window!! I asked for my fries to be made fresh since I had to wait 20 minutes past the time frame I was given, the girl at the window assured me it would be done! I get home only to find my fries are COLD and not even full!! Don’t bother calling management to complain because it does no good and management doesn’t care one bit!! Staff is not friendly, food is overpriced for what you get, and nothing is ever made the same way. RIDICULOUS!!

Bad service! Charged for water, worker serving herself strawberry in a cup then licking her hands where the strawberry dripped, ordered a blizzard, she started making it set it down to take multiple people's order while ice cream of melting. People not the friendliest.

We called 20 minutes ahead to place our order. Wasn’t ready and the order was waaaayyyy incomplete. Had to show the receipt and the items in the bag several times to get them to give us what we paid for.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad and have a severe allergy to cheese was Very Specific when ordering to make sure to say no cheese multiple times and when I got home with food it had cheese mixed in the salad if I didn’t notice it before eating I could’ve gone into anaphylaxis and would’ve had to seek medical treatment all because this place can’t handle simple instructions
