We called 20 minutes ahead to place our order. Wasn’t ready and the order was waaaayyyy incomplete. Had to show the receipt and the items in the bag several times to get them to give us what we paid for.
Ordered our food just two hunger buster cheese burgers, fries and two drinks and it took half an hour to get our food. Other than that the restroom was clean and the restaurant was clean. Food was good.
Only game in town. Thankfully I love chicken strips and blizzards. I don't know if it's just this DQ or if all have adopted the "no substitute" policy. They claim their cash register won't do substitutions. I don't eat fries so I ask to substitute tater tots. I receive both, and I am billed for both. Never saw this at any other DQ ever.
