It was my favorite place to go on Sundays and eat barbecue and consommé, because it reminds me of my homeland, but it certainly leaves something to be desired now with the staff... they gave me a quesadilla as simple as if I had put a pinch of it myself of cheese… it was more like a dry tortilla folded with a pittance of cheese! And when I asked for an explanation, I had asked for one months before and they had delivered it well! They simply told me: this is how we always make them!... 2 DOLLARS for this folded dry tortilla... in short it seems as if they are doing you a favor by serving you! That's the bad thing about when restaurants start to grow and have more people! They treat people as if they were just another number... I won't come again and recommend zero.

Food has a complex flavor. I was looking forward to eat the consomé and try the borrego, but they were both really Smokey in flavor which I did not like. I have ate lots of consomé growing up in Mexico City and that’s not the authentic flavor, it’s probably cooked in a different method than the traditional. The only thing I did like was the handmade tortillas. The prices are also very high, agua fresca $5, 1lb of barbacoa de borrego $28.
