Captain D's has some lobster bites that taste so good. The fish and green beans taste good too. Service is slower than expected but the fish was really tasty.

This is one of the worst Captain D's I have ever been to. I wrote a complaint about the experience that I had using the app, but no one ever got back to me. It just shows how much the owner of this company truly cares about their customers. Per management there, the app doesn't work even though I have points on the app. When they give me a receipt you can barely read it because of the ink and when I ask for a reprint they just look at me and say it is the printer. Common sense would say to fix the printer so customers can read their receipts. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in a while and I am just about to be done with CAPTAIN D's altogether. The food is subpar too. I will start making my own and find a better business that actually cares about their customers.

I showed the man at register a picture of an ad on your website. He rang it up and c i paid him. Then i starting looking at the receipt and it was as about $5 more than the add. I ask hm about it and ge said that was in line and was someone like a meal delivery deal. Well i have ate there for years usually after church and would get family meal. But gad stopped in with friends for bite. But no more i am very disappointed in this transaction. I will not be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I usually visit the Camp Bowie location, but since I recently moved, this one is closer. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit.
They attempted to overcharge me, so please check your receipts carefully. I ordered a regular baked potato and asked to add cheese, just like I always do. Suddenly the price jumped by nearly three dollars. When I questioned it, they insisted that was correct. It’s absolutely not. A LOADED potato is $1.99, but that is not what I ordered. I requested a regular potato with cheese added. Big difference.
It was frustrating that the shift lead didn’t seem to understand the menu pricing and chose to argue instead of correcting the mistake. If leadership can’t recognize something so simple, better training is badly needed.
Some may think this is minor, but every dollar counts. What bothered me most was how they tried to make it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about, instead of acknowledging the error. That’s not good customer service, and it’s certainly not a reason I’d ever come back.

Great environment, clean floors and bathrooms as well as booths and tables. Food is delicious and the service was great, they were constantly checking up on us to see if we needed more drink or anything else. Great place would highly recommend.
