Food is always so fresh and hot. The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is always so clean. The tables and floors are also clean. Someone is cleaning the tables as people get up to depart the restaurant. The sweet tea is that southern sweet tea and the carbonated drinks are always great, never flat. Your food is served with a smile.
Food was cold . Tenders and fried chicken was not fresh and fries were hard and gravy was barely warm. Spent right at 30 dollars for food I couldn’t enjoy.

Young Mexican girl at the drive-thru tried to charge me $42.00 for a 16 piece mixed chicken only, I would really like to talk to corporate about this. That type of business is not cool at all. This happened 3/2 about 8-9 pm.

COVID RESTRICTIONS are OVER! Open your lobby, PLEASE! Staff your restaurant according and appropriately and corresponding to your hours of operations. I drove to this location on Wichita in Forest Hill with the Fam for dinner, and when we all get off and approach the door, we realize that the door is locked and only drive-thru service is available. This really ruined our dinner plans for the evening. There is no reason why we shouldn't be able to sit down in this establishment at 8p.m. for dinner with my family? Especially when your hours of operation state that you ARE open? So, due to a change in dinner plans, we are currently sitting inside McDonald's having dinner. I hope that this chicken express location opens its dining area to coincide with its hours of operation SOON!
