Food is always so fresh and hot. The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is always so clean. The tables and floors are also clean. Someone is cleaning the tables as people get up to depart the restaurant. The sweet tea is that southern sweet tea and the carbonated drinks are always great, never flat. Your food is served with a smile.
The manager at the Forest Hill location is a 5 star employee. Vannesa was very helpful and delightful. She listened carefully to my complaint and was eager to correct it. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased when I left! Great choice Chicken Express. Because of her customer service I will definitely return!
Vanessa, the store manager assisted me on 01/20/24, with placing a large order for an event at our church. We were having our appreciation dinner for our Nursing Home Ministry.
