This LOCATION is disgusting , trifling, unsanitary fast food place I ever been to . The manager Rebecca literally redip my chicken I have ate back into the grease and tried to reserve it to me . I would never eat here and I would recommend no one to eat here . This experience is disturbing and very disappointing! This location Need to be shut dowN I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW MANY TIMES THEY DO THIS DAily !

I shared this in remarks with Customer Service but my negative was that the wicked chicken wings tasted really salty. The strange thing Was that they were not spicy at all they just tasted extra salty. Is it possible that the wrong spice was used on them?

First of all, the dining room was closed for no justifiable reason. The drive thru was long due to the inside being closed. There was a limited time only special on the wings so I placed an order for two combos. The sign said a nine piece combo was $11.99 but when I got to the window to pay the total the girl gave me was $29.99. I asked her why was it so much and she stated that the price for each combo was $13.49. I explained to her that there was a special sign posted on the menu for a discounted price. She acted as if she had no idea nor did she try to confirm this placement nor get a manager to resolve the issue. I then asked her if she would honor the discounted price and she said no. I proceeded to drive off. I took a screenshot of the displayed menu and went to a different location which had the same display. Upon notification I was given the combo for the discounted price. If a company has items on their menu at a discounted price it needs to be updated in their computer system or discussed with their employees. I was very disappointed in how this young girl handled the situation by her lack of willingness to provide customer service and satisfaction. Needless to say I will never go to this location again.

To be completely honest this food was terrible and I will not come back to this establishment. My husband and I ordered their chicken sandwiches and unfortunately the bread was so hard and inedible and the chicken cold. The sides were cold and overcooked. To top it off I believe I got food poisoning because all night I felt sick to my stomach and was nauseous. The only positive thing I can say is my child liked the churros. All in all do not recommend unless you wanna go to the ER for uncooked food.

I ate a lemon pepper tendy with a roll and it was amazing I would suggest getting ranch as your dipping sauce, do not forget your ranch 😮💨❤️ I meant to take a pik but it was too good and I would suggest mixing strawberry melon with sprite as a beverage.

The spicy wings and lemon pepper was good flavor, HOWEVER the seasoning is VERY salty. If a person has highblood pressure I wouldn't recommend them or maybe you just eat a couple. The coleslaw was good and tastey. I had the pink lemonade, it was good. The you lady at the register was very polite and courteous 👌 good customer service.

We are frequent customers, they always serve very well but today, November 20, 10 at night, some young guys touched me, they had almost nothing available and all the guys served with a terrible attitude!! And they made a mistake with my order, I told them that they were wrong and with a very bad attitude they served my food, throwing it away at the ones they were missing.

My wife got her debit card info stolen from here. We ordered corn nuggets and they told us to pull around. Once we received the order they said “we’re out of corn nuggets, let me get your card and we can refund you”. The employee was gone for a few minutes. Told my wife to keep an eye on the bank account cause i had a funky feeling about the situation. Long and behold a couple weeks later they tried to use the card to buy things from Sams Club in a different state. Shady people work here.
