Online said they close at 11pm. Drove there, and at 10:08 on a Wednesday night they were closed. Very frustrating. Operating hours on window said 11pm. Workers inside cleaning and acting is if I wasn’t at drive thru window. I’ll never go to this KFC ever again!!

Stopped in today the chicken I was given was overcooked it looked almost burnt. Had to return the chicken to get it replaced. Even the chicken they replaced wasn’t that much better. Never stopping by this KFC ever again!

I recently moved in this area and I have been to this location numerous times... It clearly says that it opens at 10:30 and Everytime I go at 10:30 or even at 11 they always tell me they aren't open and they don't have chicken pot pie available..I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager but I seriously doubt that a manager would turn away customers and not open on time and simply say they don't have an item Everytime I been there ??? Very bad customer service here...I think they should close at this point

As I drove through the drive-thru, there was a sign saying their speaker was not working that they would take your order at the window drove to the window. Stay there for like 5to 8 minutes without nobody coming I would see somebody working there, but they wouldn't direct their attention to us so anyways, I ordered the eight piece meal and I get home and I have no biscuits. I paid $41 even though I know $41 to make $41 of biscuits but still my order was incomplete call the restaurant they never answered cause I don't live in the area notice on the drive-thru also windows were filthy. I wonder how long it's been that they wash those windows

My food was cold and hard. I would never serve anything I wouldn’t eat to another person. Long John Silvers is too high for that do better!!!!!

SERVICE SUCKS !! This employee by the name ruby was super rude she gave me half of Mac and cheese and stated that was a whole spoon when my friend order the same side and hers was full at least be more polite thank goodness for customer service they gave a refund and extra points
Very rude new day manager wouldn't honor my coupon I've used them there in the past that's ok there's a Popeyes down the road

Rude cashier who did not provide great service. After requesting white meat only, she stated that she gave me what she had left. I requested a refund, and she said Shut up talking to me, and don't give her a receipt back. I was driving off and she stated Don't come back. I went into the store to ask her who she was talking to, her explanation was that it wasn't you. So she was rude to someone else? I asked for a manager and a division manager, and she stated she didn't have to do that, look it up. So I took a picture to verify who I was talking to. I have called the customer service line and am waiting for whom I need to talk to next. This is crazy!!!
