The manager there was great service I believe her name is Valara , great attitude and ready to work! That’s what most customers need!!

Rude cashier who did not provide great service. After requesting white meat only, she stated that she gave me what she had left. I requested a refund, and she said Shut up talking to me, and don't give her a receipt back. I was driving off and she stated Don't come back. I went into the store to ask her who she was talking to, her explanation was that it wasn't you. So she was rude to someone else? I asked for a manager and a division manager, and she stated she didn't have to do that, look it up. So I took a picture to verify who I was talking to. I have called the customer service line and am waiting for whom I need to talk to next. This is crazy!!!

My son likes to get the bucket with eight pieces chicken for 10 dollars on Tuesdays and they have a special every day. Some days they have chicken fried steak. I like the chicken pot pie it is big.

Worst place to eat with employee so rude! Never come here!
I ordered the 8pc nuggets only for lunch and asked for them to be made fresh, and that I would wait. That was after walking in and being greeted by no one, standing there for a few minutes before finally being able to place my order. I watched the lady take my nuggets out of a warmer and tell the guy who took my order that they just came out. STOP. 🛑🫷🏾 While I appreciate the guy who took my order for telling her that I wanted them fresh, we have to stop being lazy when it comes to serving others. 💯

I came through the job through today at the location on Mansville Highway in Fort Worth, Texas and I couldn’t really read the menu so I asked what were your chicken special and I was told by the employee they’re on the board I said ma’am I have cataracts so I can’t hardly see. Can you tell me what your specials are? She said I don’t know I’m new I said OK can you get someone who does know and it took her a minute so I went to the window and asked for the manager. The manager gave me the same response. It’s on the board. I’m like well how rude and inconsiderate of employees and a manager having a position at a job and not knowing what the specials Are I didn’t order anything. I just took pictures and thought I’d finish this review and see if anyone else had experience the same type of behavior that I have she told me her name was Valera.
