1. I placed an order through the app. The app says to pick up in 15 minutes. I got there and they claim they couldn't find the order. 2. Since I saw that they had some chicken ready I told them I would pay regular price and asked for an 8 peice. 3. I was told that there would be a 17 minute wait and the chicken they had ready was for small order and not family orders...and an 8 piece is considered a family order. I asked what is considered a family order and they said anything over 3 pieces. 😡😡😡 Bottom line I ended up going to Golden Chick. This was so disappointing 😡😡😡

last time i will be coming here , went to through the drive thru today to order a family meal 16 pc , the girl told me it would take a 30 min wait i said it was fine , more than 30 mins go by & decided to just go in , & another girl asked “ are you waiting on something “ & i told her that i had ordered a 16 pc that they had told me it was going to take 30 min & i received an “ oh “ so with that being said they forgot all about my order & they dont even bother to say “ im sorry about that “ or anything . Yall need to do better .
