This is the 2nd time my husband and I have comes to this location. The customer service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and Matthew I’m assuming the manager demonstrates exactly what a leader should be. He is always attentive not with just us but everyone, always having a positive attitude!

DoorDash - this is a must avoid place after 12am these people cut the DoorDash orders off I work fast food In the past so I know what they did it’s lazy work! These customer pay DoorDash and the people picking the orders up wasting gas y’all playing with people money rehire immediately get new employees Mc Donald’s! Door dasher avoid this place after 12am idk how the morning crew is but the night crew trash.

7/5/22 in this date at 10:10 am I went to buy a breakfast I ordered, Three. Big breakfast. En Three large Coffee and then, by the time I get to the second window to pick up my food, The Service girl was really rude. She don’t even Say Good Morning, I guess she was having a bad Morning she Give Me Only The Three Coffee. She close the window. To hard I was Waiting for a while for my food. Then she opened the window really rude, and she told me What I Was Needed, I Said My Food. She said they only charge you For the Three Coffee. I said no I pay Twenty Eight Dollar, and it’s not only for coffee. And then she close the window. Really rude again. She bring my food And she close the window, Again. She don’t Even Say, any apologize to me or nothing, So I just takeoff, but I don’t think I deserve this.

The way the treat people is just not it. Mc Donald should have people with good manners like the ones the use to have.
I’m not one to want to leave a bad review, tonight in the drive thru I ordered a double cheeseburger with no bun and only received a box with lettuce, and 1 of my large fries barely had any fries in it. I didn’t realize till I got home and was very disappointed after a long day at work. So I did not bother going back. I get that it gets busy, I get that you possibly didn’t make enough fries but please going forward think of how you would want your food you paid for when you receive it. All orders need to be verified before handing out to customers. So that y’all can have a more efficient shift, and don’t get backed up on orders. Unfortunately they weren’t busy but steady.
