Paid extra for the new cheesy bites pizza and when it got here it was a regular pizza, even tipped good. Really bruh 🙄🙄 thought i’d give them the benefit of the doubt after they messed up my order last time! Never ordering from here again, no thanks!

Danielle needs to rethink her actions as a manager. Lies for the drivers, drivers lie as well. Did not get in contact with me, instead had me wait over an hour just to refuse the order saying they tried to contact me. Negative. Losing tips and customer. Poor attitude while too busy for customers, too busy to solve issues, too busy to provide food, too busy to be a manager. Why are you still a manager? Beats me. Lord will judge every lie, every word spoken. You can lie to me, but you can't lie to God. Amen.

I had an incident that happened for
The second time on 02/22/2025 so one of the employees added a tip for themself on my carry out order not just that they also signed it for me.
The manager who I spoke to (COLYN) was the rudest and not very helpful I myself work in customer service and would never act like he did as a (manager).
He refused to give me the girls name because he believed she isn’t capable of doing such thing. All I know is she is another manager at that store so they might be in it together. (thinking about it how many other customers have they done this to) Like I said this was the SECOND time it’s happened the first time I took it upon with my bank,this time around I thought I would bring it to there attention but worst mistake ever!!
He said he would refund me NEVER received anything which at that point the money wasn’t the problem anymore now I’m wondering why a manager is comfortable enough to re print out a merchant copy ADD A TIP FOR HER SELF AND SIGN MY SIGNATURE.
Colyn kept going back and forward with me on how the employee would never.
He said he would reach out with some kind of update NEVER heard back I reached back out several times just to have him avoid me.
I’m overall very unhappy with how the situation was handled Never going back again sucks because this is our local Pizza Hut.

They strike again! I ordered 5 of the $7 pizzas at 10:30am to be delivered to me at 11:45am as our lunch break is at 12-12:30pm. At 11:40am i get notified that the Uber eats driver has arrived. A few moments later the driver says they hadn't started on my pizza yet. 50 minutes later...at 12:27 when mu lunch was ending, I got my pizzas. This is the second time in as many times as ordering ahead that I've gotten screwed. This place needs to be revamped. It's funny, when you call and the auto messages that you hear while on hold says "in a hurry? Order online and skip the wait."

Today I call to order a pizza, and like most of other times I've called, they usually hang up on me, if there's a order issue. But today I decided to ask for a manager. And after being hung up on again. I called back to at least get the manager name. And was told by a female employee that there was 2 managers on duty, but she didn't know there names. Then hung up the phone on me again. So I ended up buying a pizza elsewhere.

Whoever is the rgm, are who is ordering the supplies needs to be fried how can you be out of everything just closed the store down since they can't obviously do their job if I could give you out 0 star as I would.

Pizza Hut In Foresthill I placed order at 5 37pm food didn't arrive till 7. Upon opening my wings and pizza the packaging was crumbled and neither carton was sealed! The wings looked like someone had taken some out of it cause it wasn't a full order and the packaging was not sealed and crushed. Pizza was cold and hard. Called restaurant 4 times after being put on hold to speak to manager about my order and delivery of order. His excuse was they were short drivers and had to assign doordash for delivery. He offered to redo order or credit me 15$ on my next order from the restaurant. I chose redo and deliver my order ASAP. Called restaurant at 9PM about my redo order and manager said O, it's still here at the restaurant I don't know why it didn't get picked up. I told him to keep it and credit my next order 15 funky dollars to my next order from their restaurant. Manager didn't seem to concerned talking almost nonchalant like it is what it is I almost gave him some choice words but I didn't want unwanted ingredients in my food.
Just had to get this off my chest Pizza Hut In Foresthill very disappointed with your food order and delivery services. It'll be a long time before I order anything if I do from your restaurant in the future!
PS: SEAL ALL FOOD PRODUCTS YOU PREPARE ESPICIALLY IF THIRD PARTY IS GOING TO MAKE THE DELIVERY FOR YOUR COMPANY!
