Worst service ever! Ordered food 8/22/25 at around 9 pm waited an hr for our food the lady came out with the wrong order confused did not even know what I ordered. I would never recommend and never come back here!!! I left with no food tired of waiting! Worst Experience!

(Mini rant/review) I wouldn’t give it one star. I preordered my food for pick up between 10:10-10:15.
Got there at 10:04 they brought my order out early with a fresh burger and cold fries. It’s now 10:20 and I just received my fresh fries with a half way cold burger 😂 I don’t even want another burger at this point, I’m just hungry and irritated.
They opened at 7am, there’s no way food shouldn’t be fresh at this time.

Waiting 10 minutes for someone to get on the speaker and take my order. I don’t know why if there was only 3 cars including mine! I guess they were too busy dancing inside. This location always take too long!!!

This Sonic location is close to my job, so it's convenient for lunch. Although they got my order correct today, I haven't been in weeks because simple orders get messed up. Accuracy is everything, and no one wants to spend their lunch break going back to have an order redone. As it is on the screen is how it should be when delivered.

The drink I order on a regular basis tasted like carbonation and very little syrup. The cherry flavor over powered it. Sadly, didn't try it before I left.

I never got a chance to get the food so I don’t have a rating for the food. However, while placing my order, I had to wait while The person that was taking my order shows to get into an argument with another employee with the speaker on, so everyone could hear it. This doesn’t even make any sense how this type of behavior is acceptable for any employee at any business. The management at this location needs to shut it down. Maybe even it’s time to replace the management because their poor decision and hiring the individuals that felt this type of behavior is acceptable their judgment into question or lack their. I have been a resident of the city of Forest Hill for almost 4 decades we as residents have more respect for ourselves and our community then to allow this type of unprofessional and just downright unacceptable behavior in our city.

I just gotta say, my recent Sonic 🍔🍟 experience was a mixed bag 🤔. It wasn't the same blast from the past I remember, sadly the food quality seems to have dipped a bit. Still, it hit the spot when I was in a hurry and needed a quick bite! Three and a half stars ⭐⭐⭐✨ seems fair. Guess I'll still swing by when those tater tot cravings hit! #sonic #fastfood #nostalgia

went to go order the smashburgers that were being advertised online. so I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked the cashier if they are online only or can I order them for that price at the window. she told me that I need to place the order online and I asked her so when I place it online do I pull back up here or do I need to come to the front to pick the order up and she never replied and ignored me. as I'm not used to ordering through Sonic as I only come here, extremely rarely. won't be coming back to this location. cashier was extremely rude

Several of the stalls were not working. I ordered my food from the app which I thought would be faster and a little better. Ordered a med/fry which was about 8 fries and 4tots....smh. I had stop going to this location for a while because something was always wrong with my order. Today I wish I would have followed my mind and went some where else
