Worst service ever! Ordered food 8/22/25 at around 9 pm waited an hr for our food the lady came out with the wrong order confused did not even know what I ordered. I would never recommend and never come back here!!! I left with no food tired of waiting! Worst Experience!

(Mini rant/review) I wouldn’t give it one star. I preordered my food for pick up between 10:10-10:15. Got there at 10:04 they brought my order out early with a fresh burger and cold fries. It’s now 10:20 and I just received my fresh fries with a half way cold burger 😂 I don’t even want another burger at this point, I’m just hungry and irritated. They opened at 7am, there’s no way food shouldn’t be fresh at this time.
Waiting 10 minutes for someone to get on the speaker and take my order. I don’t know why if there was only 3 cars including mine! I guess they were too busy dancing inside. This location always take too long!!!

This Sonic location is close to my job, so it's convenient for lunch. Although they got my order correct today, I haven't been in weeks because simple orders get messed up. Accuracy is everything, and no one wants to spend their lunch break going back to have an order redone. As it is on the screen is how it should be when delivered.
