I ordered a supersonic burrito. When the food came out, the burrito was small. There was more onions and tater tots in the burrito, Then there was sausage and eggs. I told them to remake it. The manager refused to remake it, and I was told that the store have to use small proportion amounts to make the burrito. Also, if I wanted more, then I will need to pay extra for a normal size burrito. I order this burrito all the time so I know how this burrito supposed to look. I found this to be very disrespectful that you would try to over charge me for something that you are supposed to make regularly. Also, their ordering machine did not working. So I couldn’t pay for the food before it was bought out. Glad I didn’t. Just felt I should share this post.

Another place with good service in the area employee show understanding of customers needs even when you show up and they're closing in 8 minutes and I still take your full order and get it out in a vastly timely manner with a smile on their face during the time when they are trying to clean up and get ready to go home definitely outstanding to a customer wen busy all day and late to dinner needing anything to eat they definable got tip and please ig possible and realistically not going to hurt your budget keep on mind to maybe tip your waiter any place you're served from a person they work hard to allow you to pay for item u don't have to lift a finger for our pay majority goes to business and what waiter may earn including tips is taxed even a quarter tip can bring out 2 smiles yours and there's just althought over some conversations about tipping sonic waiters or not there's no rite or wrong answer here it's what you feel wen enjoying convenience and dinner that you ate already giving money towards you worked hard for also . When I pressed the button a lady said hello then I responded, and she instantly hunged up. Then, when order I was about to asked for extra cherry suryp, but then she hunged up again and I found that really disrespectful. But the food was good I just thought I share on the service.

Didn't get order right, took back asked for fresh told. They gave me the same ones back. I also added a blast had very little toppings on it. So disappointed!To top it off they wouldn't give me my receipts back and the server was rude!Last time we come here.

The taste of the cheeseburger was just off. I ordered a cherry limeade with extra real cherries. What I got was 1 cherry and 1 lime. I didn't even get the cherries that was to be included. They want you to pay more but not do their job. Took awhile for our order. Not reading what we asked is simply wrong.
