I had a great experience and had excellent service at this Starbucks today. I was helped by Valeria, and I received the best service. She was so kind and helped remake my drink, which was very nice of her. She truly deserves a raise!

Today I ordered an iced lavender latte, and instead of them giving me that I gotten the ice lavender cream oatmeal matcha and I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and instead they gave me a hot coffee and the lady in the back with red hair rolls her eyes cause I asked for an iced caramel macchiato like girl tell the girl at the drive thru to hear better or fix y’all’s headset ok! Anyways don’t get the lavender oatmeal matcha it’s disgusting 🤮

I’ve tried my best to give this store an opportunity to welcoming and professional…..and they fail everytime. Why are there more than 5 employees behind the counter and a customer has to wait for someone to say “anything” to them? To have an employee make eye contact with me and still say nothing is a bunch of garbage. The coffee is the same at any location, but I come here because it close to home. However, this will NEVER happen again. I can say more…..just know that brown customers don’t get recognized. I’m so not used to this type of behavior from Starbucks.

Stopped at drive through for a drink they gave me wrong order said they will re make it which was a iced drink originally they gave me a hot one so they poured the hot drink in ice instead of re making it it tasted gross went back to let them know it didn’t taste right then they made one and it was to watery no apologies very not customer service friendly very upset! Waste of money!

The white girl at the drive through with a blonde pony tail had given attitude about us not going to the speaker first to tell them about our online order. I didn’t appreciate the tone of voice she had. And on the app it had said that our drinks were ready so that’s why we went straight to the window of course it’s our first time picking up but our first time shouldn’t be as terrible as this. They told they were barely going to begin making our drinks and so it has me wondering, did they just put the order done when it when it wasn’t online??… After they had told us that we parked to the front of the door where we thought they would bring out the drinks for us but after 10 minutes one of us went inside and the drinks were just sitting there on the counter and no one had said anything at all. The least they could’ve done was come out and let us know the drinks were ready or brought it out for us. So yes, we did drink watered down Frappuccinos.

I would like to preface this by saying that my previous experience with this location has been satisfactory. On January 11, 2025 at 1:15pm, I placed a mobile order and received a notification that my order would be ready by 1:21. At 1:22, I received a notification that it was ready to go. I waited at the counter for 8 minutes and checked in with the barista about the status of my order. They had not even started making my order. At that point, I said I will be late for my appointment so I asked for a refund. The manager on shift asked me to scan my app and then I went on my way. The following day, I checked if the refund was issued but saw that it was not. I not only paid for a product I did not receive, I was also late for my scheduled appointment. Frustrated, I reached out to a live agent via the customer service website and finally received the refund. I was informed that for future reference, the mobile app may not be used to issue refunds. It seems that there is additional training needed for the staff at this location. A physical card should have been given to me to remedy the situation. Because of the way the transaction was handled, the barista's general demeanor (aloof and unapologetic), and the manager's manner of issuing a refund, I will not be returning to this particular location.
Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and a great combo of iced vanilla latte with a warm cinnamon cake! I should have took a picture of the warm cake.

Ordered 6 bagels today for $43 and was given 2. I understand it was busy, but this is just extremely incompetent. Called the store to let them know of their mishap and no one answered the phone.
