Ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino through DoorDash, and Iām honestly very disappointed. It was made incorrectlyāthere was no mocha sauce at all, which is literally the key ingredient. The drink tasted bland and nothing like what itās supposed to.

came in last night and the girl with the long blonde hair was very personable which was refreshing. She was holding up well.. it was only her and a bigger Hispanic guy which he was on his phone . She remained calm and helped us out āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø!

I went through the drive-thru. Service was fast, drive-thru young lady with nose piercing was friendly and sweet. And coffee tasted great!

Horrible service I went by with my husband order my usual coffee never had a problem getting my order done. Lady taking my order made me repeat my self 3 times so I assumed she couldnāt understand what I wanted so I told her I would pull up to the window when I got to the window I had her read my order she stated thatās what she had prepared so I asked if I would please just add a cheese danish and she told me No we canāt add anything at the window when she handed me my drink I said no maāam I ordered a ventu size she literally said she was giving me a grande because on the venti I would have some space left and that they wouldnāt fill my cup up for me but I had origanlly ordered a venti Iām confused as to why I cousins get the size I wanted ! Iām just so upset Iām a regular here and never had this happen to me

Went through the drive thru for a water and the employees said that they couldnāt give me water without a purchase⦠why would I buy over priced coffee that is going to dehydrate me ? And itās not like they were busy bc there was no wait at the drive through. And they had very few cars in the parking lot. Sure theyāre āfollowing policyā, but why donāt they also follow policy with the personalized messages ? Is it a pick and choose? Iāve been to other Starbucks (post-policy implementation) and they have NO problem giving me water FOR FREE. Bffr!
