SOPHIA IS AMAZING!!! All of the employees are so amazing with the best customer service! Sophia made the same drink I order every single time (never at this location before), but by far it was THE best ever iced shaken espresso with all my custom high maintenance Add-ons….literally the best ever!!!
I came in on a busy Sunday morning, they didn’t have the tea I wanted so a friendly employee made me something similar. Despite the wait, they were very kind and respectful towards everyone, even offering small treats for their patience. As soon as it cooled down, that same employee came to check up on me & asked if I liked my tea (I did!). They truly made my day just by observing how well they ran their business.
came in last night and the girl with the long blonde hair was very personable which was refreshing. She was holding up well.. it was only her and a bigger Hispanic guy which he was on his phone . She remained calm and helped us out ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
