As I walk in the old guy working greets me tells me to give him a minute since he was working on an online order i’m assuming, and I was totally fine. But when it’s my turn i tell him I wanted 3 white bread foot longs and asks me “which one” I look at him confused and he says it again but this time with attitude and raising his voice demanding me to tell him, I tell him i’m making my own he then he looks down nods and says something under his breath, I don’t know what his problem was I waited patiently for him to get done I was nice, I work customer service and understand but I didnt like the fact that he was so disrespectful. If he was annoyed then he shouldn’t be working.

As someone who works in customer service this store has terrible customer service. They don’t speak when you walk in. I came by today to grab my mother and I some lunch , l was greeted by the “manager” who made our sandwich’s didn’t Really take his time , seem Like he was more in a rush than anything. as my mother but into her sandwich she stated it didn’t taste right. So she checked the bread, meat, eveything, and she notices green spots on the bread, the bread was molded. Instead of coming to concerns with me the “manager” on duty tried to argues with me saying it was the seeds in the bread.. but the actual problem.now as I stated earlier I work in customer service and the one thing I learned is the customer is always right. Even if they’re wrong. He caught an attitude with me. He did remake my sandwich free of no charge. But that meant nothing. The experience is where it’s at.

They tried scamming my mom a $10 sub they charged her $105 saying she tipped them when she did not. When I went I there telling him that he over charged her got nervous said he had to call someone to be able to refund he walked to the back with the phone so suspicious.

Went there today. Service is excellent 👌🏿 Sandwich is just what I expect from Subway. It did the job. But I always appreciate people who take the time to at least ACT like they love their job! The dining room was clean and so was the prep. Thanks to the two guys working for providing service with a smile 😁
This Subway is horrible.... if you want a sandwich that has just bread you found the right place ? I paid $10 today for a footlong steak and cheese and literally there wasn't any very little meat and no onions or bell peppers on it!!! WHAT A WASTE ?

I want to give a negative star but Google won't allow it. The young guy behind the counter over charged my mother by $20, insulted her, then proceeded to keep her change. The same guy also makes a habit of keeping the change from other customers that I have personally spoken to. The staff does not wear hair nets and The rude gentleman in question has excessive body hair that makes the entire experience uncomfortable and borderline gross. The store runs out of ingredients by 1pm then are rude when the customer asks for what they don't want to restock. The only good thing to say about this location is the bathroom is always clean.
