We visited Waffle House after years due to living in Indonesia. We were greeted with a A+ experience. The food was fresh, hot and so goooood! Our waiter Junior was hilarious and fun. We enjoyed this on Christmas Eve and appreciated it!

This waffle house was absolutely trash. We walk in and no ine even spike to us. We sat down and no one never came to us and they wasn't busy. Finally after waiting and watching the employees just ignore us we got up and left. Didn't even eat. The worst part is that the GM was there and did absolutely nothing about this behavior. He even saw us sitting and just ignored us.

We stopped in about midnight or so. It was freezing in there. The food was pretty good. The staff on the other hand could have done more to help the one and only waiter there. Daniel was beyond amazing, he kept apologizing for the short staff and the attitude the old lady gave off. Poor guy was running around trying to keep things running while the cook was cooking but the old lady doing the dishes was of no help. Daniel is the ONLY reason ya'll get 5 stars.

Pulled up no one is inside just 1 waiter and the cook. I placed a order for 2 different meals both orders was wrong did t even fix the waffle and the steak was over cooked. Smh gotta do better will not return to this location 😪. I could see if they was packed but they were empty.

I just sat down and I guess I was the wrong race. They stared at us, like how dare we come in? Never even acknowledged us except to say, “I’ll be there in five minutes” there were four employees and none of them tried to even acknowledge us, except for the one. I will be calling corporate to let them know. Thanks!
