Bad service they say your food will be ready in 20 minutes and you’re waiting there for an hour and your food still not ready. They’re not organized. They have people there. They look like they don’t want to work. They need better management.

I had an illogical experience in this place I make an order of 100 wings and it's $141.58 and I want to pay with bills of 100 and they don't accept I want to pay with bills of 50 and they don't accept I see it logical if you make an order of 16 dollars but it's a border of $141.58 and apart from that the man who is there is very rude and tells you if you don't bring 20 he'll cancel the order 🙄

Order some wings from here to be delivered once I open the container I saw 2 wings either over cooked or infected. But if we have employees there working they should know to remove those bad wings.

We ordered boneless wings, a sandwich, friends, and corn. The fries were mushy, I asked for them to be well cooked. Everything else seemed ok enough. Until I was woke up to food poisoning. Won’t be back.

These wings were so dry I couldn't eat .I thought that maybe because it was late night. I saved them and took them back. They said ok and supposedly recook the order. I asked for a different flavor but got the same. I know that they reheated the same thing over if I could not eat it a first there is no way I could eat this.Waste of time and money. I will never go to this place again sad.

I ordered a 15pc combo for 2 bone in. I also ordered a 5pc Cajun corn and asked for extra hot honey sauce on the side. My total was $33 . I pulled a $100 and they advised they do not take bills larger than a 20. I had $26 on my Apple Pay and had to count out the rest in change. I got home opened my food and they didn’t put hot honey sauce on my wings and the sauce they gave me tasted like they put grease in a little cup. That was my last time going. I have gone previously and the people that made my food that time made it excellent this time was a waste of time I should have waited to get my food in north Richland hills instead. They are consistent with service

Caution do not order from the wingstop app for delivery. This is the worst restaurant to order delivery from. They blame door dash and door dash blames wingstop. I was caught in a situation where neither business accepted fault and I was out $60 plus on an order. Such a sad out come as I like their food but will probably never eat here again. I also have stopped ordering any food that is being delivered by door dash. This was my second try and they failed again.

Still haven’t seen my refund since 11/15. The place was Jam packed and I got a refund on my daughters order. Still no refund today. Currently on hold for a manger for 29 min. No contact with manger yesterday either.

They mess up my on line order and i call immediately the same day they told me they will me a refund and up until now they haven’t spoke to the other manager on duty today and now they can’t give me a refund this is very un professional afrom them to lie to their costumer like tha i hope they can change the managers and have them traing to be professionals

At first my order was wrong, thankfully I checked it before leaving. They changed it. But while they were fixing that I filled my drink. I get all the way home just for me to find out what was labeled as sweet tea was not sweet. Pregnant and annoyed at this point
