I had an amazing burger at the Big Spring location so I told my husband about it and wanted to try it again at our local fort cavazos location. I ordered the tailgate burger meal, and asked for a pumpkin turnover and Karen, the staff said only apple was available and I told her that when I ordered before, they asked me which flavor I wanted so I knew I had a choice. She said, “no, just apple.” So my husband ordered an extra pumpkin turnover for me. Then I asked for curly fries, because in big spring, the staff asked me which kind of fries I wanted, but at ft cavazos, Karen pointed to the picture and said only the regular fries come with the order. Again, I told her when I ordered this meal previously, I was asked which ones I wanted. Again she said only the regular fries are available with this order but she’d give curly fries to me this time only. After we sat down, I got online and pretended to order the same exact meal online through the ap from the same fort cavazos store and I was given the choice of turnover and choice of fries. So it was just the staff named Karen being a”Karen” when I came to the commissary bragging to my husband about how delicious the meal was, we were only to be disappointed at a staff member who thought she had a tiny bit of power.

Excellent food
Going along with everyone else , I wish they would put a sign that says they close at 6pm instead of just leaving you there standing like a lost goldfish, and the employees do not verbalize that they are closed unless you ask. Also why do they close earlier than the rest of the food court? And no I am not gonna further share on your website. I’m too hungry now to copy and paste this paragraph all over again.

They are constantly closing at least an hour before they are supposed. If that’s their new hours then they need to update their signs and website.
Really rude staff.

Very rude disgruntled employees if you show up right before they’re about to close. They close at 6:00PM, but Google says 9:00PM… Prices are getting more expensive for no reason and the service isn’t improving… The 2 for $6 deal is now 2 for $7, how ridiculous! And they wonder why no one eats here! Wonder how some of these Arbys still stay in business…
The 2 working this evening were great conversation and did a great job with such a small staff.

I've never seen such a ridiculous place, let this place be closed or new employees come, there will be no such management, I will never go to the arbys again and I will tell everyone about the abominations The milshank machine is broken and offers me another and they offered me another drink and it was broken the machine may be broken but the employees don't care and they are very rude, don't they have a method for the nose and don't they see this disgrace?

This is ran very poorly. Some extremely rude female behind the counter telling folks they close at “6” when it’s 5:50 pm. That would be more understandable if it didn’t actually close at 7pm. Whoever is in charge of this operation needs to see what’s going on.
I have not had any issues with my food, but when are they going to update their hours? Ive seen reviews from 7 months ago with the same issue. Im writing this review about 12 minutes after leaving the store (currently 624 pm). Their sign says 1900 sunday. Do they close at 6, or stop working at 6?
Overall the sandwiches are great but do t order the turnovers. If you take a bite and realize it is ice cold they can't warm it up cause you took a bite.
Like Arby's very much. Reasonable prices and good service.
So there I was, tired, hungry and demoralized. Most of the other food stands were closed, but I seen a shining bacon of hope in the form of the Arby's symbol. I knew everything would be ok when I seen the hours of operation. It was a little past 1800... I had a hour... but then I didn't. Confused at 1803 I was informed by the employees that the sign was incorrect and that they were no longer accepting new orders (take close note of picture of the hours of operation and the clock). So I was left hungry and saddened by my interaction on the 24th of October, 2021. The next day my friend still went back (I refused) and he was disappointed when he ordered roast beef jalapeño slides and they didn't come with the chili's.
