I decided to come here for lunch. I waited in line with no one in line ahead of me for 20 minutes before my order was taken. My fries were cold. Terrible service

They took our order just fine, then my grandfather asked about the drink fountain and was troubled by a woman who seemed to be always having a bad day, she lied about them getting ready to close and they forgot parts of our orders and their prices are abysmal, a small burger with medium drink and fries cost almost 25 bucks

As clearly indicated by the majority 1-star reviews, you already know this place is trash; however, you’re here because you probably didn’t have much of a choice. You got stuck in the line looking for a quick bite and ended up flushing your money down the toilet - rest assured the franchisee and AAFES really don’t give a hoot.

35 minutes in the drive-thru with only four cars total. Absolutely horrible customer service - the woman is rude the minute she talks on the speaker. At the window, she makes it apparent that you are bothering her just by being there.

It’s sad that family members have to deal with this treatment on post. Troops are used to being the designated installation punching bag (CIF, ID card facility, hospital, etc), but the BK Lounge should be a safe place to get what you pay for without being made to feel unwelcome.

This place is absolute trash, hotdog water, garbage juice.
20 minutes in the drive through, for an attitude taking my order. Figured they were making everything to order but my food comes out cold AND they forgot my straw? Get more people or fire the ones you have. Never stopping here again.

Drive thru they only take a single persons order, pay, and hand it out before taking the next during lunch rush. To pad their order time I imagine so their metrics are top notch (with abysmal reviews)

This place has bad service. Used the driver-thru, placed my orders then waited at the window to pay and receive my order. However Noone came to the window, Workers saw me waiting but did nothing. I waited over 10 mins before deciding to leave with my order. Would not recommend anyone to this BK.

Their fountain drink machine is always out, you'll end up getting carbinated water of watered down lemonade. Taste your drink before pulling away from the window or either order inside so you can get your own drink.

Customer service could use some work, but hey… it’s an army base and it was fast, concise, and to the point. Got my food in like 30 seconds. It was great. Went at 8:00am
