Update: today's visit was a joke. Took forever to take out order today, after 20 minutes waiting, over heard today's manager told one of her crew that there wasn't anyone waiting on the lobby. I watched them bag up my families order and take it over to the drive thru. The crew member who had helped me. Who was super nice. Came to see if I'd gotten my order, which i Haden. He walked back behind the counter and got my order together, meanwhile my grandkids and dtr-in-law still hasn't received their order. So when I went to get mine I'd asked about their meals as they'd ordered before I had. He went over to drive thru and sur enough their food has been sitting over at drive through. The manager didn't even bother to offer any apology or anything. This location seems to always have bad service/ managers.
Food was ok... Cashier messed up our order and my boyfriend went up to the counter to get it fixed... The manager (day shift- blonde) tried to put it off on us ordering wrong. Then proceeded to chew the girl out and had her go stock the lobby following the poor girl, still chewing her out treating her like she was stupid.

The customer service by Maya was absolutely horrible, she should be fired, really ruined it for me, apart from that though the food was pretty good

This is the most disgusting Burger King I have eaten at. The staff is led by a manager that is COMPLETELY LOST.. I really hope the owner of this building removed all the staff so I can get simple food again with out it being burnt dry nasty

This place is trash a large fry in the drive through takes 19min to get I had to park and go inside. The manager the black lady that wear the black shirt you are horrible

Worst hamburger I’ve ever had..I can’t say eaten because I didn’t. Bun was soggy😡, it was $9.95 for a “small”, guy that waited on me looked like he’d rather had been anywhere but at Burger King. Fries were cold and not many in the box…I will never go to another Burger King.

I don’t know why this place is still open!? They are slow and they make people stay at the second window when there’s nobody in front! Every time we go there it’s a problem! Yesterday they said the machines are down and they couldn’t take any orders! They suck

I am an uber driver, I went through the drive thru and the guy told me that I needed to go inside which I understood. So I went inside and it took them about 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. And maybe it’s just me being lazy but the food was already behind the counter so what’s stopping them from just handing me the order? The (what I think was the manager) started scolding me about going through the drive thru. I just held my hands up trying not to start anything, grabbed the food and walked away. I accidentally bumped into the rail with the food and she acted as if I did it on purpose and raised her voice at me and said there’s drinks in there and to be careful. I did not turn around just kept walking out. Was very unnecessary and rude.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! First this is the SLOWEST Burger King on the planet! They make you wait 10+ mins just to order. Then after you finally get to order, they tell you to go to the first window and pay. After you pay, they make you wait to go to the second window until your food is done. Then they tell you to move forward to collect your food. (So it makes it all like their drive times are good but really they aren’t.) my husband and I went to grab breakfast at 1017. We waited 10 min to get our order taken then… you guessed it, waited at that first window until our food was done. We get our food and go home (which is 2 mins away) EVERYTHING was WRONG! Within a few seconds of being home, we got back in the car and went back up there. They told us 1. Breakfast was over so they weren’t going to remake it because we missed breakfast…. On the order we already had. Then we were told they can’t remake it because they ran out of bacon and eggs… I grabbed the bag back before the rude manager gave us a refund and walked out. She then proceeded to take pictures of our license plate saying we stole the food that we bought and had to bring back because EVERYTHING was wrong. I’ve been meaning to call corporate on this Burger King just because of the ridiculous wait times and it’s not even just in the drive through. I had to cancel my order multiple times trying to pick up a quick bite to eat before I go pick my kids up because I’d be sitting inside waiting over 20 mins! 9/10 it’s the gold tooth lady that’s managing everytime I have a problem.

rude on intercom, got my order wrong, rude at window, didn't give me my sauces or my reciept. what is with clear creek and terrible service.

The food was great! I ordered a Large Bacon Whopper Meal and both the fries and burger came out hot and fresh! The fries were salted perfectly and the burger wasn’t soggy, cold or stale! Everything was amazing! The service was great, The environment was great and the lady the served me was the best! I ordered a Soft Serve as well and it wasn’t a perfect one so she disposed it and made a new one without me even asking! I also ordered the 4 pcs Mozzarella Sticks and those came out fresh as well! I even got an extra mozzarella stick as well! Amazing place to get Lunch!
