I went for lunch which I know they get busy, but the perk is fresh hot fries. However the sandwiches pay for it. Barely any meat, it's mostly warm bread lettuce and mayo. I didn't know I was getting a salad on bread instead of my sandwich I ordered.

I asked for their Cajun fries. By the time I got home, I noticed they gave me regular fries with seasoning on it. Guess they got lazy and was too busy to drop Cajun fries to cook as ordered. Skimpy on fries.

Door dash should never take prioritie over a line of people waiting to place a order. If some one has time to place a order online and wait for their food ,they have time to wait a little longer for instore customers.

The black lady at the counter is rude, everytime I come pick up door dash order. She has attitude not very friendly or customer

Overall not bad, but I was denied a refill on the Large Lemonade. This is the first place that said they only do refills on the regular size lemonade.

Ordered on doordash and I only live 2 minutes away. Food was cold and thrown together. Fries were soggy. Ordered a sweet tea and a raspberry tea and got 2 raspberry teas. Either the quality of Charley's went down or this place just doesn't care enough to do things right. Not worth what we paid.
