Door dash should never take prioritie over a line of people waiting to place a order. If some one has time to place a order online and wait for their food ,they have time to wait a little longer for instore customers.

Overall not bad, but I was denied a refill on the Large Lemonade. This is the first place that said they only do refills on the regular size lemonade.

Ordered on doordash and I only live 2 minutes away. Food was cold and thrown together. Fries were soggy. Ordered a sweet tea and a raspberry tea and got 2 raspberry teas. Either the quality of Charley's went down or this place just doesn't care enough to do things right. Not worth what we paid.
If I could leave negative stars I would. Normally, I give multiple chances. You never know what a person(s) could be dealing with. But this place was absolutely horrible. They open late and are not even prepared to start. The entire morning staff are rude and extremely unprofessional. To top that off the entire fountain drink area was broken but no "word of the wise" given. So now my family and I are covered in soda. Then after I told them about the issue they didn't even warn others. I did. So I appreciate the heads up. Just a huge disappointment. Food was great though. I'd stay away from the mayo since they were using old condiments from the previous day.

The back counters were cluttered and messy, the front counter by the fryer and lemonade machine had spills all over it. Not a single person greeted us and the manager didn't want to be bothered helping any customers because every time someone walked up she walked away. Because of this ordering took forever and when our food finally came out, it was terrible. Nothing like it used to be. I got cold fries and cold bacon and my husband's food was so greesy he couldn't eat it.
