Chili's Grill & Bar

Went for late lunch today. It wasn't very busy so it was a bit quiet. I ordered the grilled chicken Cajun pasta and strawberry lemonade. It didn't take long for the food to arrive. It was hot and delicious! The server was friendly and helpful.

Had lunch with coworker/friends. Great food and company. Loved our server she was awesome we and on it!!

The service was terrible, and EXTREMELY slow. They were out of EVERYTHING. The one thing I did order (soup) took over 40 minutes to come out, and was wrong. Ended up canceling and leaving. Won't come back until this location fixes its issues.

The service was ok, the server didn't seem as though they were listening. I order a Pepsi or coke and was brought the diet version by a different server. The food was not good at all, the chicken crispers were rubbery and even though I said something about it, nothing was done to attempt to correct it.

The dining room is dated and could use new light bulbs and general updating. I waited at the host stand for a few minutes before someone came over to seat me.Once I was at a table, no one arrived to take food or drink orders. After about 5 minutes, another person was sat. After 15 minutes, he left. After 20 minutes, I also left.Just go to the one down the street. Chili's should strongly consider closing this location if the brand can't support it.

I love Chili's and will continue dining there. This one is on post at Hood and privately owned. Some of the servers lack proper serving skills but the food and drinks are usually decent.

Arrived shortly around 3pm. Walked in and it only had three tables in use. I figured (assumed) that we have excellent service since so few people being attended. We where seated and it turned out the table was not cleaned and it had some white cream soup that dirty my shirt after the menu spread it over it. The waitress was not at all attentive, she dropped off the food and disappeared. No napkins, staws or refills followed. I got up walked over to their area and simply took the needed napkins and straws that we needed. So much time passed and had already drank from my wife's drink. Manager or supervisor asked if all was well and she got us refills.Dirty floor, bad service, I am assuming since they are on base they do bring in their A game during rush hour for the Soldiers. I will never step foot their ever again. That decision was made as soon as I have to get my own napkins since no one even challenged me as to why I was back there.

Enjoyed this restaurant. Excellent food and atmosphere. Would be a bit better if those passing out food knew who ordered what so they didn't interrupt conversation "auctioning off food."

Wait staff were slow. They took a very long time to check on us even though we were one of the only ones there. Restaurant just opened and floors were dirty.

No complaints other than the restrooms need some work. The food, service and atmosphere is great!

I ordered strawberry lemonade and had to return it 3 times because it tasted more like water and the food wasn't that good. The rice plate was hard ,the burgers are too greasy and the bun was soggy. My server wasn't great either.

Manager was amazing. She was the ONLY reason I left a tip for the terrible service from the waiter and I was the only one in his section!

I always love going to Chili's. The food was great and our server was very attentive!

I inderstand being understaffed, but when people who arrive after me receive attention and their order before I can even order, I have an issue. The hostess warned us of the short staff and we were extremely patient, but we only had an hour and just couldn't wait.

Our waitress was phenomenal!! I didn’t get her name, but she was so sweet and gave us plenty of time, which was a plus for me because I take forever. The food was delicious I got the shrimp tacos with rice and black beans. My fiancé got triple dipper with wings and egg rolls, he loved it. I will be back whenever I’m in the area!!!
