I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I returned with an incorrect order, and instead of simply remaking it as I requested, the manager decided to create a scene and made it a bigger deal than it needed to be. When I mentioned the mistake, she said, “And you watched her make it?”—as if I was to blame. The truth is, I watched the associate juggle multiple orders at once, rearranging them and bouncing all over the place. I even had to correct her mistakes as she was making my order because she was trying to do too much at one time. What I received probably wasn’t even my order to begin with.

It was completely unorganized. She was handling too many orders for different customers, leading to confusion and errors. On top of that, nothing was properly stocked, so she kept having to go back and forth between stations, adding items one by one.

Despite the mistake, I wasn’t upset about it because these things happen. I was polite and just wanted my order fixed. With this location being on a military installation, I expected higher standards. Instead, the manager chose to shift the blame and act combative. It’s never that serious over an incorrect order, which is why I shortened the conversation and simply asked for a refund. I wished her a better day and went to the Harker Heights location, where I had a much better experience.

Bottom line: this location suffers from poor management. Save yourself the trouble and go to a Chipotle with better organization, service, and leadership.

They are always out of an item and they don’t have signs up or let you know until you’re making your bowl/burrito. That is frustrating and only wasting their ingredients because like most people I’ll order something else before making a bowl without everything I like. The flavor isn’t the same when lacking certain ingredients.

We aren't even going to talk about what Chipotle considered a serving of meat. Ever time I come to this location they are always out of multiple toppings. No cheese, no lettuce, out of meats. They don't tell you before you start to order they wait till the have the base for your bowl and then say "by the way we are out of this, this and this, oh and that. " I'll just drive to harker heights from now on cause this location isn't worth it.

It's always bad. They run out of food regularly. Especially at a time when customers start coming in. Their chips are usually stale. They're waiting area is always dirty. Tables are rarely clean.

The staff seem polite and respectful. I'm just not sure if the manager is doing his/ her job to the best of his/her ability.

Just last weekend I was wanting a bowl. THEY WERE ONLY FILLING ON LINE ORDERS AT THE TIME. I wanted a bowl really bad. Nope, had to order online. I would have had I had the time.....unfortunately, my movie at the theater would have started before I could figure how to order online.

It's always bad. They run out of food regularly. Especially at a time when customers start coming in. Their chips are usually stale. They're waiting area is always dirty. Would recommend going to another location if possible. The girl helping me looked very distracted and kept looking at people who were coming into the restaurant and gave us the smallest portions. Ended up paying for double protein just to get a normal serving. This food is getting more expensive and they keep giving smaller portions. Go elsewhere.

Way too overpriced. Like, jokingly overpriced. Like, seriously and ridiculously overpriced. It should be an actual crime for how overpriced they are. Not even going to discuss the food due to the ridiculous price. Don't even go here, honestly. Not worth it at all. Shameful.

Fast service. Generous portions. Not too busy. Decent job of keeping tables clean but had to pull out forks from under counter myself because the staff can't keep the drink area stocked and clean.
