Great chipotle. Great quality food. Well seasoned. They give great portions. Always satisfied.
The manager helped me out and was very understanding
What's the point of on-line ordering if you ask us to wait in line and the food isn't ready. There's a dozen people back there and it's still a 20 minute wait for an online order. Really effective way to lose business.
Do NOT mobile order at this location. Worst customer service. Has an online order and individual making online orders gave our order to the wrong person. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our ONLINE order. They refused to prioritize our already paid for food. Really need better workers working mobile orders.
I stop here regularly for lunch, and over the last few months, the quality has dropped significantly. During my most recent visit, I took my food out to the car, and opened my chips to find there were only about 8 chips in the bag. When I went back in, the manager rolled her eyes, and gave me a new bag. The new bag had the same exact amount. Ive been to many different chipotle restaurants, and this is unusual. The rude staff and low portions are why I will not return.
THIS LOCATION IS ON BASE. That's something that needs to be online! Ordered my food and couldn't get it because it WAS ON A MILITARY BASE!!!!!!!! Worst experience I've ever had. And can't call any chipotle in the world. Smfh
The worst Chipotle I ever went to! Many items on the menu were not available. I had a brisket burrito with double meat for $20! It was not worth the $20. Hire a new manager now!
I have been to this chipotle on Fort Cavazos twice now. The first time I ordered a chicken burrito, but for some reason they charged me for “double meat” when I did NOT ask for it.
The second time was 6 Jan 2025 and I asked for a regular cheese quesadilla and the worker said “I can’t do that. You want a kids quesadilla?” I said “no I’d like a regular quesadilla.” After being told no again, confused while I couldn’t have a regular quesadilla, I ordered two taco sized quesadillas. They also did not charge me for the correct items! I never asked for veggies.
Horrible customer service. If you hate your job that bad, get a new job! I will never be going there again.
The people that work here are horrible. They are rude, refuse to make items on the menu, and charge “double meat” when not ordered. These people need an intensive retraining program and learn what customer service means. Life isn’t that bad, and if it is, get a new job. DO BETTER.
Customer service has been horrible the last few years, but this was the worst place I've experienced to date. We walked in around 4:15PM on Saturday, Dec 14th, and the girl with green hair assembling food just stared at us so I walked up smiled and said hi and proceeded to order because she never said anything. Then when asking us what we wanted on our food she mumbled and refused to speak where we could hear her, all while glaring at us in a hateful manner. If you're going to hire people with an attitude that make customers feel like an inconvenience put them in the back where we don't have to interact with them. If I decide to return and she is still there we won't be patronizing this establishment. We didn't enjoy our food after her horrible attitude toward us.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I returned with an incorrect order, and instead of simply remaking it as I requested, the manager decided to create a scene and made it a bigger deal than it needed to be. When I mentioned the mistake, she said, “And you watched her make it?”—as if I was to blame. The truth is, I watched the associate juggle multiple orders at once, rearranging them and bouncing all over the place. I even had to correct her mistakes as she was making my order because she was trying to do too much at one time. What I received probably wasn’t even my order to begin with.
It was completely unorganized. She was handling too many orders for different customers, leading to confusion and errors. On top of that, nothing was properly stocked, so she kept having to go back and forth between stations, adding items one by one.
Despite the mistake, I wasn’t upset about it because these things happen. I was polite and just wanted my order fixed. With this location being on a military installation, I expected higher standards. Instead, the manager chose to shift the blame and act combative. It’s never that serious over an incorrect order, which is why I shortened the conversation and simply asked for a refund. I wished her a better day and went to the Harker Heights location, where I had a much better experience.
Bottom line: this location suffers from poor management. Save yourself the trouble and go to a Chipotle with better organization, service, and leadership.

They are always out of an item and they don’t have signs up or let you know until you’re making your bowl/burrito. That is frustrating and only wasting their ingredients because like most people I’ll order something else before making a bowl without everything I like. The flavor isn’t the same when lacking certain ingredients.

We aren't even going to talk about what Chipotle considered a serving of meat. Ever time I come to this location they are always out of multiple toppings. No cheese, no lettuce, out of meats. They don't tell you before you start to order they wait till the have the base for your bowl and then say "by the way we are out of this, this and this, oh and that. " I'll just drive to harker heights from now on cause this location isn't worth it.
