I ordered a pizza to be delivered to a hotel. And hour later I called to see where it was and the lady made excuses as to why they didn’t have it delivered to the hotel, said that it was returned to the store. She wouldn’t sent us new fresh pizza. So we said we wanted to cancel and get refunded and she hung up on us. Seriously rude customer service. Very disappointed

Such a good manager this woman has a great heart and the staff knows what they’re doing. I wanted to tip the manager but unfortunately they don’t take tips. I would have loved to give the cashier and the manager a tip but they told me I could donate to the cancer donation they have in place so I went ahead and donated there. God bless them both.

Not being from Ft. Hood, I ordered a pizza online but from the wrong location. A young man remained on the phone with me while I drove from the 67th St location to the Old Ironsides location and all the while giving me locations/directions where to turn...AWESOME young man and FABULOUS pizza!!!

This store rocks!! Tonya is awsome and always makes my wings to perfection!!! And the bbq pizza is always on point!! And Tina always smiles when you walk in and welcomes me when she is working!!
I love domino's. My family always used domino's when I was growing up, and I have tried many other pizza places, but domino's is my favorite by far. The crust is never that super hard, crunchy, disgusting texture, it's always super soft and delicious, the pizza is never over or undercooked, everything tastes delcious, I can customize my pizzas to my weird personal tastes, every 6 pizzas you get delivered or pick up through carryout, you get a free pizza, and I've never had a rude delivery driver.
