The food is decent but the cinnamon crunch bagel is abysmal at best. I have frequented panera breads across the country for over a decade and the cinnamon crunchy bagel at this location tastes like plastic and chemical. The other local one in killeen is not much better...the cinnamon crunch bagel.

Food v good. But LINE is always long as hell! Needs better/new management and or training to run more efficiently. Shouldn’t take 20 minutes in drive thru for a single b fast sandwich.

Watched the employee mark my order as ready and waited 15 minutes after that. I asked the employee why it wasnt ready and she dodged my question. They are marking orders ready in the system to keep their order times low so they can hide the fact they arent trying to work efficiently.

I have legit been sitting in this drive thru for a DRINK that per the app was ready twelve minutes ago.. FOR TWEBTY FIVE MINUTES because they won’t pull the car in front of me forward for wh at e er reason. Irate.
Today I went to have lunch and it was VERY quick and amazing. I even went at noon which on this military base most of yall know 1130-1 is peak Lunch hours. I ordered the pick 2 and got broccoli cheddar soup and their spicey steak Asiago bagel and ooo it was all delicious! I ordered this and had it all within 5 min! Super quick!
