Order pizza and a few other small things. Was given a delivery time. Never received my food so I called the store, they said they had no drivers and my meal would be delivered later. Received a more than just cold pizza that was also burnt. Over 30 minutes after the original delivery time. Was just left outside upon delivery, no knock or anything. Flies all over it. Ended up throwing the entire meal out and doubt I’ll get any sort of refund.

Pizza here is always good. Fresh and tasty. They get my order right 99% of the time. I always order online for pickup. However, recently, the service has been lacking. When I drive up to the pickup window, there is nobody present, and I have waited up to five minutes before exiting my vehicle and going inside the store. The store had no customers during these incidents, so there is no excuse. The point of a pickup window is efficiency, but management has not been efficient here. Please fix this issue and I will update this review.

This is the 2nd time I've placed an order for carryout and the 2nd time my order is messed up. 1st one was for dinner I had order a cheese pizza and it had no sauce on it at all but the Pepperoni that was with the order you could definitely tell it did. This 2nd order I had ordered 3 pizzas and one being a stuffed crust with extra sauce, looked at it and it has about zero sauce and you can tell by how thin it looks. I don't understand but this is getting ridiculous and I won't be spending my money at this pizza hut again.

No longer tipping before I get and see my order. Forgetting things when I spend almost 100$ is rude. I paid for sauces on the side for your convenience and mine. So I didnt have to call and say Naked wings with sauce on the side please. I could have, and justifibly, wouldn't have paid for the sauce at all.I know the missing sauce is just 0.50 cents, and with taxes like 0.55 cents. I gave a decent tip for yall having to barely do something.Someone also needs to talk to corporate about photos being misleading. Pepperoni lovers looks completely covered online and yall leave space. I now order double pepperoni. This time I did request that my 3 toppings be pepperoni and yall failed that too today. One of my kids literally only eats the pepperoni on the pizza, so it was for her. You jipped a 2 year old.
