Pizza here is always good. Fresh and tasty. They get my order right 99% of the time. I always order online for pickup. However, recently, the service has been lacking. When I drive up to the pickup window, there is nobody present, and I have waited up to five minutes before exiting my vehicle and going inside the store. The store had no customers during these incidents, so there is no excuse. The point of a pickup window is efficiency, but management has not been efficient here....
Ordered pizza and wings from Pizza Hut tonight. Everything was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. We did have to wait an additional 3 minutes at the window when we got there for our wings but it was worth it. We will definitely be back soon.
I don't know who is managing this place now but today not only did they do it; they did it FANTASTIC. We got stationed here in late 2017. I had been to this location and I have to say the service has always been great but not so much the food. We decided to head back today to see if anything had changed as we hadn't been back in over a year. Please continue what you're doing because the food was wonderful and tasted like the old Pizza Hut taste I know so very well.
