Waited 45 minutes for my order of tenders at the stop sign. Could not communicate they they did not have any before I ordered or what the wait would be. Would have been faster for me to go home and make my own tenders.

Spent $30 on a one piece tender kids meal and two 3 piece chicken tender boxes. They forgot my fries and when my husband went back to get them they were cold and soggy. The chicken is great no doubt. The quantity is very skimpy for the price you pay for food. Because of this reason I will not eat at another Popeyes.

Front counter young lady was very nice even when you could see the frustration on her face she was still nice.

Tired of this! Sat in the drive thru 10min and can see 3 workers inside. I was a manager for white castle for 5 years. I would have fired everyone and started over. Where do you find these workers!? Off base is not ran like this. The place we need help the most has the worst employees? Why?

Food is amazing as always but the workers take forever to serve your food, I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for my food, at this point get new workers cause they’re taking forever just to serve me a chicken sandwich

I have tried to call this location multiple times and they keep picking up the phone and hanging up. Half of my meal was missing.

My husband and I waited for over 30min in person and never had our order taken. The employee was right in front of us the whole time putting orders together and never even looked at us. Another employee who looked like she was in a manager’s uniform also never acknowledged us. The drive through also had about 15 cars in it from the moment we came in to the moment we left. We gave up and got Burger King instead. ?‍♀️ they need to hire more staff or shut down completely. Worst “fast” food experience ever.

Always behind in orders and having to wait a long time. Food is like any Popeyes, it’s good but having to wait 20 minutes for a simple order is wild.

Love coming to this location the food is always hot and delicious. There is sometimes a wait in line for our food in the drive thru, But they always bring out everything we ordered.

I have no complaints about the food or the employees. It's not their fault the managers can't hire more people. It's annoying how long it takes to get your food. It shouldn't take 20 minutes or more when the restaurant has barely any people inside and even on the drive-thru line. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

This location is one of the better Popeyes restaurants in the surrounding areas. All the others are trash. Food and service is decent and doesn't have thugs or trashy people working in the restaurant like the other locations.
