The food was very under seasoned. The chicken I had was very fatty and heavily breaded. The fried rice was also tasteless. The lady taking orders was a bit impatient. As far as the atmosphere goes...it was located in a food court so I can't really say anything about that so the 3 rating is an in between.

Nice workers, super quick to receive, but my and my friends got teriyaki chicken and it was super chewy and extremely fatty; my noodles weren’t TOO bad the sauce was nice but the noodles were so over cooked they were extremely chewy. And the veggies was a meh. Again, nice service overall,

I was dissatisfied with the beef teriyaki. I also ordered 2 spring rolls and only got one. I ordered from them previously and the food was good. This time it was lacking flavor and the "one" spring roll was mushy.

I bought shrimp and chicken teriyaki and shrimp tempura last August 20, Saturday. That night I started feeling sick and started having diarrhea and vomiting. Please make sure that your shrimps are cooked well so no one can suffer like this. Glad my kids didn't ate the shrimps and just me who got sick.
If you eat here ONE time, you will be addicted. Fast hot food without a long wait even when busy. NOT DIET FOOD. But you can get the without rice choice.Vegetarian options: Lots of stir fried veggies

This place is ridiculous, I did an online order to be picked up. The website does not state that they are on a military base. I went to pick up my food and was not allowed to proceed through. I called the store 10 times before someone answered the phone. When I explained what happened they said that they were unable to refund my money. I am out the money spent and wasted my lunch.

The Japanese side: It is hot and fresh? That's about it. Chicken teriyaki is so bland like no seasoning is used. I wouldn't go again unless I was starving. The Chinese side: disgusting! Old food! Not hot and fresh like Japanese side. Food is gross. Chow mein horrible. Chicken horrible. Never going here again.

No.1 chicken teriyaki (with fried rice) is amazing, haven't had the other dishes yet but will update once I do. With this portion of food you would think you would have to wait a bit for it to be done but the staff passes my expectations each time, they get you OUT of there especially during the lunch rush they're awesome. Definetly reccomend Sarku Japan.
