Driver thru worker didn’t notified me they didn’t have the normal size bowl for the buffalo Mac and cheese meal and I received two small size containers with barely anything in it.

Food is great but when we went through the drive thru tonight, 7:49pm on Friday, the person running the drive thru decided that having long and personal conversations took precedence over doing their job. It shouldn't take almost 10mins to take an order and then another 12 mins to get 2 shakes... The person in front of us didn't even have a large order, one box and a drink... If it's a case of being understaffed, then I get it, but maybe that should be communicated to the long line of people who are waited instead of having a full conversation with someone in the drive thru. Professionalism is sorely lacking and needs to be addressed.

The only slim chickens in killeen. The food was good,but the wait time is what displeased me. Not enough crew.
My family and I used to love coming here, then we had to wait 20 minutes for an order. You can tell the Manager has changed, service is just not what it used to be.

There was a wait even after ordering ahead. The staff was not very friendly and did not have good communication skills. Aside from this the food was good.

Today I stopped in for lunch and it was VERY busy. There was a lady up at the front, who I could tell was struggling with some of the orders. I noticed 3 things: 1. She had amazing customer service with a contagious smile. 2. English was not her first language, and I'm pretty sure hernative language is French. 3. Her coworkers were VERY rude to her. For those who have never had to work in second language, please understand that she has to translate EVERYTHING in her head before she is able to do the orders that are being thrown at her, while also being constantly told she is "messing up", or "ruining orders". The ONLY reason I am giving a 5 star review(which you could use, considering you have a 3 star review average), is because I saw this girl trying her absolute best, and giving amazing customer service with a smile on her face, while being degraded right infront of me. Do better by her, and others Slim Chickens team. Maybe do some Empathy training.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. Expect a minimum 20 minute wait if you are the only car in the drive through. I was stuck in the drive through with a car in front and behind me for 45 minutes.
