They never add my stars to my orders when I bought merchandise and drinks. I mean, you can tell that they hate working there so of course they wouldn’t give you the best service and offer you the stars that you deserve. I think this particular store owe me like 1000 stars already. I always come when they’re not busy at all, no customers in line, so they don’t have any excuses not to add my stars.
All the female partners (except the older woman) are always rude, not smiling, and don’t make delicious drinks. Unfortunately this is the closest store to me, so I’ll more likely to visit this store but you better change your attitude and upgrade your skills in serving your customers and in making delicious drinks. And please, please give them their stars for every stuff they purchase!!!

Drive thru customer service is just bad. And I use my military star card for the discount purposes and this lady didn't even look and just ignore me when I was telling her its a military star card so here I go again not getting discount. And this is not the first time. But today she is just rude and I dont think should be working in this busy drive thru. Employees in this facility needs to be evaluated. If I could just put 0 for service that's what I put!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Workers are rude. They yell over the speaker when you order, I understand they might not hear well, it’s more so HOW they say it, not what they say. You can’t add to your order if you forget to order something, you have to check out and get back in line. They flat out will tell you no and to get back in line. Workers bottom line - just are not friendly what so ever. Honestly so sick of it. Won’t be coming here ever again. Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. 10/10 don’t recommend.

So im finally posting a review because im sick and tired of this. So EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone here and gotten a refresher is is ALWAYS water none to little of the juice. Today I got the summer berry one hoping it would be different maybe all the other times they just were to busy or something, nope the same! Just sour water. The people friendly the drinks not too happy with i dont think ill be coming here anymore im not gonna get charged more for asking for extra juice added because enough isnt added. (And its only this starbucks location!!)

If I could give 0 star that’s what they would get.
Very unprofessional customer service. I just went there 30 minutes ago
I got cuss out while I was placing my order just because she didn’t understand.
And they purposely gave me the wrong order.
It’s crazy
Nice experience
This Starbucks is located inside a food court on Fort Cavazos and it’s honestly the worst Starbucks location ever. I’m not sure if their espresso machine is broken or they’re being cheap, but the espresso drinks are always extremely watered down. If you order a latte without extra shots, it’s just watery milk. Today I ordered a quad grande latte and it was somehow also extremely watery with a small hint of espresso flavor. It’s the La Croix of espressos over here. This isn’t just a one or two time issue, this is a regular occurrence in all the times we’ve gone since moving here. I know I should learn my lesson, but unfortunately it’s the closest to where we live and it opens earlier than the other locations on Fort Cavazos. Besides the drinks being bad, they aren’t updating stock for the app. Every other store will block certain foods or syrups from being ordered, but this one will not. You’ll arrive to get your app order only to be told the syrup you wanted sold out a while ago. The wait times are also insane so expect to be in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes. If I’m going to say something nice, I would say the food has been right each time and they’re generally nice (but that’s a normal Starbucks and customer service expectation).
Slowest location I have ever been to. Whether you order ahead on the app or come in person you will be waiting forever for your drink. If in person is your style then expect to wait in line to order for 25 minutes. It's severely understaffed which makes mornings and lunch the absolute worst experience. The drinks are never consistent. You can order the same exact thing three times in a row and never get the same drink. Going off base will actually be faster and you'll get what you paid for.

Employees need to be retrained. I stopped coming here because I’ve had a 50/50 chance of my orders being wrong. Every-time I order a frappe I get an iced drink. I’ve seen a soldier politely mention to a barista their drink was made wrong and the employee was extremely rude and told the soldier it wasn’t and refused to remake it. I do appreciate the speediness of the employees during peak hours however but it’s sometimes worth it to go to a different location for the correct drink to be made. The atmosphere and openness is well maintained and enjoyable.
