Slowest location I have ever been to. Whether you order ahead on the app or come in person you will be waiting forever for your drink. If in person is your style then expect to wait in line to order for 25 minutes. It's severely understaffed which makes mornings and lunch the absolute worst experience. The drinks are never consistent. You can order the same exact thing three times in a row and never get the same drink. Going off base will actually be faster and you'll get what you paid for.

Employees need to be retrained. I stopped coming here because I’ve had a 50/50 chance of my orders being wrong. Every-time I order a frappe I get an iced drink. I’ve seen a soldier politely mention to a barista their drink was made wrong and the employee was extremely rude and told the soldier it wasn’t and refused to remake it. I do appreciate the speediness of the employees during peak hours however but it’s sometimes worth it to go to a different location for the correct drink to be made. The atmosphere and openness is well maintained and enjoyable.

Painfully slow. 30 min for a single black coffee. That's after we ordered 15 min before arriving to the store in the app.

Went to the location off of tj mills. There was an Asian girl who took my order she seemed VERY annoyed and I felt very rushed. When I went to get my drink and pay I was putting away my card, she opened the window and shouts “HERE YoU Go!!” Not even a hello or how you doing…. Sorry but will not be coming back to this location again. ?

Love me some Starbucks. Due to high volume of traffic with the public during peak times. It is better to order on the app and pick it up. Then going into the store.

Figure out the app! I ordered the new potato cheddar breakfast bites and two bags of whole bean coffee($$$). Full price! I get to the store, everything is half price and they don’t have the bites ?. Any other time you receive an alert stating that the store is out of an item (kinda like the other coffee I ordered). The associate says”I have no clue about the app”. Really? I must also agree withe the other review regarding the speed of service. There are more workers here than any other store I’ve been to and there is always an extended wait.

They are so slow no matter what time of day you go. They never get your order right. After spending an hour and 15 minutes waiting on my mobile order and with all that time they STILL got my order wrong. No caramel. Virtually 0 espresso. Tall instead of a

They should most definitely get with Starbucks on clear creek and figure out their system. This starbucks is super slow esp during their busy hours. They KNOW when they are busy and they still can't figure it out. I also order the SAME drink everytime and it's tasted good maybe ONCE. today tasted like straight water but I did a mobile order and STILL waited 30 min in the drive through to get my stuff.
