Dang! Took too long for them to make my coffee, plus by the time I get back to my office, I realize they got my order wrong. I asked for 1 pump of white chocolate and they gave me mocha instead. $8 wasted!

Only Starbucks I have ever gotten lukewarm coffee. Staff was very nice though. Wish I had figured out it wasn't hot before I got back to the floor.

The customer service here is pretty good. It tends to get busy really fast and lines pile on morning and lunch hours. The staff members are friendly .This Starbucks is going to be on the left side continuing down the hallway after entering the main entrance.

Today I was literally a disappointment I never in my life had to go back to any Starbucks to get a drink remade The young lady who took my order today purposely mess my drink up when I told her exactly how I wanted it and then when I came to get my drink remade she states that she asked me did I want cream or milk and she knows she didn’t ask me that it’s not that hard to make a caramel iced coffee ??? When I first ordered my drink I said I want a caramel iced coffee then she ask me what flavor did you want I literally told her I wanted a caramel iced coffee why is she asking me what flavor Tip: stop moving so fast listen to the customers and then you’ll get the orders right wake up your at work
