Received a plain pretzel with the cheese dip quite appealing

Great service got cinnamon bites with some sweet glaze. Ariana was so sweet and so helpful with all the questions that I had.

We were given the wrong order which was salted instead of Cinammon. When we tried to get the correct order, the server who took our order wanted to disrespectfully argue with us. There was another rude girl in there looking at us with a Smirk on her face. Eventually the supervisor had to step in and do the exchange.

I came here this past week because the smell was amazing and the pretzels DID NOT disappoint! They were fresh out of the oven and the service was amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

3 employees standing around talking. Only 1 pretzel in the display. When asked for something in the menu, the employee points at the display and says “that’s all we have”

We visited this Wetzel’s Pretzels location after a quick lunch. We had an original Pretzel with salt and an order of Wetzel Bits. The Staff reheated the pretzel for us since we didn’t have time to wait twenty-five minutes for the next batch of pretzels. The Pretzel and Wetzel Bits were decent tasting. Great selection of items and great customer service. Clean store. May give them another try on our next visit.

We got some fresh pretzel bites with cheese! Prices are a little high, but the bites bag was enough to share with a friend.
