Came here with my son to grab a pretzel and a lemonade. As we approached at 655pm today (Saturday), the young female worker looked at us, she then looked to her right and commented to her co-worker as we approached. This made us feel very uncomfortable. We weren't greeted, In fact, we almost felt like we were being bothersome. I asked for a salted pretzel, a large lemonade, and a cheese dip. The young lady working the register didn't smile, and she didn't make it seem as if she wanted to be working. We got our pretzel, but of course, it was missing salt. In fact, it was hard and barely warm. I understand we got here at 655pm on a Saturday, but to pay this amount for an old pretzel, it just doesn't feel right. I figured we would get better service being in a military base.

We visited this Wetzel’s Pretzels location after a quick lunch. We had an original Pretzel with salt and an order of Wetzel Bits. The Staff reheated the pretzel for us since we didn’t have time to wait twenty-five minutes for the next batch of pretzels. The Pretzel and Wetzel Bits were decent tasting. Great selection of items and great customer service. Clean store. May give them another try on our next visit.

We thought their plain salted soft pretzel was good. Different than, but comparable to auntie Anne's if you're craving it.
This is the second time I have been told to wait 10.minutes for a pretzel. no worries I said I will not wait again and left. If your company can't provide the food offered in a timely manner you guys should close.

I had gotten just a second refill and I was told by an individual employee today you don't do refill. I told the individual employee and she said there weren't supposed to,is this true?

Greatly overpriced the last time I got a pretzel it was burnt I couldn't eat it. Decided to try it again today and they didn't close for an hour and 15 minutes only to be told they weren't cooking any pretzels I could get what was overcooked in the display. They didn't have the one in the window I was wanting anyway but that is definitely not good business I didn't come in 20 minutes to closing it was well over an hour. Plus 3.51 for some lemonade is ridiculous.

Yyaasss!!! So glad Wetzel's Pretzels is now open. I had to have their Wetzel Bitz with no salt and I had to get the jalapeno cheese dip on the side! I love it and delicious. I could eat the pretzels without it, but that's no fun!Service was awesome. Didn't take that long to come out. They now have a cherry boba frozen lemonade. I need to come back to try that and have some more of the pretzels.
