This Particular Panda Express has been giving out great portions and great customer care very fast service and organize I appreciate the team that runs this Panda they have been doing an amazing job

Best place thus far in San Antonio for Chinese food. As a Miami FL native, panda express just won’t do. Panda Inn has amazing food, great staff! No complaints, my family loves it!

Ordered a family meal from uber eats, and they sent a single plate meal for someone else’s door dash order.

Then after the driver showed up with the wrong food and I called the store to have them cancel the order, none of the staff members could speak English and the **manager was offering to bring my correct order to the gate of some cemetery**
YES you read that correctly. The manager of this Panda Express sent the wrong food, and was trying to bring my correct food to a cemetery. What the hell.
Hire some English speaking staff and train them in customer service.

Asked for it and a bag and the lady behind the counter legit threw a bag at me asked for double steak and shrimp and got 2 peices of steak I wish I was kidding..

Very busy restaurant. But still the staff never fail to serve with smile and patience. I give credits to people here working at this restaurant. The food portion is big compared to the other panda I've ever eaten.

Went to get fire cracker shrimp and steak, the lady was picking through the food like it had roaches in it. I asked her why was she picking through the food like that and she stated it's because u are supposed to have 3 shrimps etc. I also didn't get no veggies. She made me feel like the food was gross how she was picking through it, she made it looked distasteful and unappealing. Afterwards I gave them back the food. I am not a dog and u will not serve me like I am.

This Panda exspress is running like a well oiled machine. Great and fast service. We are very lucky to have this new location open up on base
