When at the drive-through we were told “ ok head to the next window please” when not done ordering. On top of that i got charged for an extra sandwich when I hadn’t asked for two but only one. Other than that the food was fresh and delicious so where our frappe’s.

I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato, and there's barely Caramel in it. There's no seatings at the cafe or anywhere in the PX other than the food court.

i’ve been here four times and every time my drink has been lost or forgotten about somehow.. i have to ask them to remake it every time
I went in to get a short blonde roast with 1 packet of sugar. Simple enough. You don't have to make this coffe, simply pour it in a cup add a sugar packet and place the lid on it. I stood there for 10 minutes watching and waiting for someone to pour my coffee. After all employees were done making drinks and cleaning up I finally asked a young man working there if he could please pour me some coffee so I could leave. He was nice and proceeded to make my drink. After he's done a woman comes and takes the cup he poured and handed him a cup that had been sitting there and says that that is mine. She come to me and says it was "fresh" she just poured it!! Wow! The nerve. She did not just pour it! It was sitting there. After a lengthy debate I asked for the manager and she proceeded to tell me she was the manager!!! ? Wow! Miranda the "manager" at this Ft Sam location is rude and A liar. I will not be a patron for this establishment. There's plenty of other coffee shops with much better management who actually care about the goods they are serving /selling and more important how they interact with the patrons. I had also purchased a GC, but I will be returning it.

Pretty good Starbucks over all. Only thing is that sometimes the syrups they use for seasonal drinks like the apple crisp and peppermint mocha are expired and you can taste it, which isn’t the greatest. I assume that’s just due to them being on base they get deliveries of new supplies less often(?). I’m not an expert so I could be wrong but overall cool store. The staff is awesome, the manager always remembers my name.

For one peppermint mocha to be told they are out of peppermint then someone ran back to get it and I’m still waiting this is absolutely ridiculous the lady who checked me out was more checked out than anyone this place is run by morons! I will go off base before I ever come back to this get new management or smarter and respectful staff this is outrageous

Military friendly staff who have quality coffee. They resolve issues quickly. I use mobile ordering frequently, so my orders are ready ahead of time, which cuts down on the wait time. It's a good Starbucks store in a convenient spot before starting one's workday on base.

Close their doors and turn away customers before 6pm when they close.
I’ve been here several times, I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was amazing. Unfortunately this Starbucks is under staffed and had to wait over 20 minutes to order and for my drink.
Very slow, consistently get order wrong and not very friendly staff
They Don’t SCAN FOR POINTS!!! Which is stupid because at all the other base Starbucks allow us to earn points, we just couldn’t redeem the points on base. Which makes sense! The lady was rude about it!
