Lazy unorganized workers here. They gave our food to a different car and we were outside waiting for over 30 minutes. Do not go here. AVOID THE HEADACHE. These people are lazy and don't care about the customers!!!!

I stopped here on the way back from a roadtrip. There was nothing to complain about. The French fries were pretty good nothing too crazy. The burger was tasty and very flavorful. Service was as it should and the line wasn't long. Food was awesome. I would come here again.

The breakfast was delicious and the cashier was very sweet, but they were busy and backed up. Which I understand but there was an employee that the workers in the front tried to get to help and she was so resistant, even in front of the customers. She did help for a bit then took off in the middle of the rush.

Tldr; unless you have a lot of time to spare, try your luck with the rollers in Love'sI stop at this fuel station frequently for travel(2-3 times per month), and every time I've tried to order food, at varying hours, I'm told that they're either closed or on shift change and can not take orders.When I'm told they're on shift change, I'm also told a time when this will take place. After said shift change has taken place, the next round of workers will tell you the exact same thing: that they're on shift change, and will be available in (x) minutes.So after waiting for the first set time for shift change, then being told that you have to wait longer for shift change as well.....In my opinion, from reading other reviews of this place, you'll have better luck staying in the main store and looking over their food options.Love's has hotdogs, tacos, buffalo chicken rollers, etc. They also have yogurts, sandwiches, and a whole store of snacks.Time is much more costly than money, folks. Spend it wisely, drive safe.
UPDATE: I figured I would try them again, a year later... NOPE, another fail! Because their MAIN piece of equipment is down, they can't make what I want. I'm in a tractor-trailer, I don't have many places that I can fit in... so thanks for disappointing yet again!Unclean and out of main ingredients.

Had 2 experiences of rude employees. 1st was with morning shift an African American lady response to me saying thank you was “mmmhmmm”. Second was in the evening, a short guy with a goatee that just called my name for the order and dropped the bag on the counter without even saying thank you or making sure to hand it to me when he clearly saw me coming to get it. Very bad customer service by these 2 employees.

Im i'm a truck driver pulled into the loves gas station. Went to get me a hamburger at your Carl's Jr. the hamburger that I got the bread fell apart and the meat tasted like it's been there for a couple of day it was dry and hard. Its disgusting. I do not recommend this place..
