Bathroom is wet and didnt smell good. They didn't know their menu and said what I ordered wasn't available, they fixed that but charged for two combos without asking. I asked for combo to be refunded and they only refunded the drink. There was only one other family in line, so not a rush.
Burger tasted like it had been sitting. Not very warm, dry.

I mean it never disappoints, the worst customer service, cold food, and the wrong order every single time! You have a bunch of kids working that store dicking around on their phones while the whole drive through is as full as can be. Waited 30 minutes for a kids meal only to get the the wrong order! I mean what can I say you can’t expect much from this fast food chain especially in this town! Unreal

Got Food Poisoning here!!!… coming back from Austin and heading to El Paso… it was about 11:00 am and I ordered Tacos… they tasted very different than usual and I should have known better!!!… I felt I was going to die… funny thing is that I had my kids drive me there because they got subway up the street… how can they serve bad meat so early in the morning?!?… they were able to…. I should call local Health Department to have them look into there systems and procedures…. BEWARE!!!

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve both their service and staff behavior.
