I really love the food. You get very large portions, and it usually tastes great. But there have been multiple times when they open 30-40 minutes late, because they 'aren't ready'. And the food often takes a really long time to be finished. On one occasion, they didn't allow us to do 2 separate orders in the drive thru, even though we had always done that in the past. Friendly people, though.
I had lunch with my family last Sunday here. It’s been a few years since I went inside to enjoy a meal. I love the tables in here instead of the booths. Raquel did a great job servicing us where we got our meals on time. Most Dairy Queen’s in the east Texas area don’t like making my Cherry Limeade so I always love coming home to get this drink here. I think this drink style is a west Texas thing lol They know how to make it lol Thank you FS Dairy Queen got your great service!
Service rating depends on the time of day. If you go in the evening when the younger generation runs the show, it's a meek 2 stars. Go when they open at 10 am or on your lunch break to get 5 star service.
