Love it the tacos are awesome great service and clean
We travel frequently to San Antonio and usually stop in Fort Stockton for gas. Tired of the typical fast food options at gas stations, we decided to explore local eateries and came across Guadalajara Mexican Grill and Restaurant. Seeing a full parking lot on a Saturday afternoon, we decided it as a good sign and decided to try their menudo. It did not disappoint—rich in flavor, generously filled with tripe, and served in a large portion alongside buttery toast. The pricing was reasonable, the service was attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. Plenty of people were coming in to dine, which speaks to its popularity. We’ll definitely stop here again whenever we pass through Fort Stockton.

The food was fine, not exceptional but still enjoyable. Service was a little slow, but the staff were friendly. It’s a good option if you’re nearby and want a casual meal.

The carne asada was delicious. The portions were huge and the flavor was on point. I also liked the costumer service and how quickly they served my food.

Heading back home from Houston, I stayed overnight and needed some food. I was super skeptical about trying this place, but I ordered the nachos and gorditas. I’ve got to say—it wasn’t half bad!
For the location and the quality of the food, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and would definitely stop here again if I were passing through.
So, if you find yourself in the middle of nowhere and craving something other than fast food burgers, give this spot a try!

We went for a walk from the truck stop after a long day. We found this place on Google Maps and thought we would give it a try. It was so delicious that we made sure to order extra to eat on the road for the next day. Definitely stop in if you are in town.

Perfect place to stop while driving from west Texas. 🥰 flautas and enchiladas were delicious.
Surprisingly good. We had Tilapia fried (Moharra Frita) and it was excellent. The three young ladies managing this cute place were bright, efficient, spoke very good English.
